The check in was fast and the staff was good too. But after check in we informed the staff that please send these 4 bags to our room 220. The lady said yes yes. I made a few calls and then the bags arrived in our room after ab hour of check in.

Convenient location. Super Friendly staff. Airport shuttle was in time. No surprises in bill. Room was small with not great view. Recommend for transit stays. For long duration, I suppose room needs to be different and bigger. Hats off for them for not using plastic bottles.

Excellent management, especially the efforts of Naman at the front desk and Abhishek in the Nook restaurant are highly praiseworthy. Food standard in the Nook restaurant need improvement, especially the dish of mutton where I could find more bones and less meat..

Front desk needs to improve a lot. Arpan Khurana, front desk manager failed to train his staff. I was provided incorrect invoice on check out and also the assistant at the front desk did not sign the invoice and prepared it wrong (after payment by card, the balance did not show ZERO).Front desk staff is very casual and irresponsible. House maintenance staff is excellent. Food in the restaurant needs imrovement; it does not match the 5 star status of the hotel.
