Great Resort but no sanitizer throughout
Royalton Chic was an excellent hotel. Highly recommend. But as nice as it was there was no sanitizer throughout the resort. I found that very odd. Definitely something the resort needs to add to the establishment. I also didn’t appreciate the cleaning crew taking wash clothes without replacing with new ones.

Dissapointed Overall Stay
Arrived December 27th on my birthday. Check in was good but as soon as we walked onto the 10th floor for our room, the mold smell in hallway was terrible. As soon as we walked in our room, it was worse. We had to ask for a anti humidifier which realky dint help. Housekeeping nor maintenance never bothered to change the water out daily. Needless to say we came back from dibner on the aecind night to find it had keaked so bad it filked the bathroom and entry area. On the 3rd night we walked into our room to find the light above bathroom sink was leaking, so more water everywhere. We were mever offered to change rooms. Furthermore, the restaurants wete not good at all. The food was leas then mediocre throught property. We exoected better than thos as our 6 night stay was more than $700 nightly. I wil day that Luis at the buffet served is daily for breakfast and was a very pleasent. Other than that we will not be recommending this hotel nor staying there again. Its a shame that we had such a bad experience as we travel to cancun at least 3 times a year. We definitely exoected more than this from the Royalton Chic. I hope they will do better for future guests.

This place is not a party vibe. This place will sale or up sale you even your own sneeze literally. House keeping takes things out your room without letting you know or being in the trash. Butler service thru WhatsApp is horrible they tell you they will do something or send your request to your room and the butler doesn’t you have to be on them like white on rice. Also Royalton promotes a welcome bag that I never received I which I told my butler and diamond club lounge personnel and they just said I’ll take to my supervisor so they can give you one. I left and I still don’t have my welcome bag smh! Royalton promotes diamond club but sincerely diamond club is worthless you still have to pay for top liquor at the level 18 and sky restaurant. The pools at Royalton Chic Cancun is a joke you could be on one side of the pool and the other person could be at the other end and you still feel their breath on you. Diamond club lounge, pool & beach areas are also a joke they take too long to get to you and you ask the for the top liquor you paid for with diamond club and they give you less than an ounce of liquor. I would never waste my money on a Royalton Chic ever again.

I enjoyed some things during my vacation. The activities were great, excursions was amazing and it was worth the trip. However, there were things that i was not too happy with. I went for my birthday and before arriving in Cancun i messaged the property and i was told a note was made that it was for my birthday. When we arrived at the hotel, we were not greeted with a champagne or drink like others were, we were taken directly to the diamond club check in area. After we mentioned this to our butler, he made it possible for the room to be with balloons etc. But if we had not mentioned it, it would of happened. Then the room service was not good. We requested one and some orders were brough up cold and other orders did not arrive. Second time we tried, the app would not let us successful request it. And there was one time that the request went in but nothing was brought up.

This was my first time in Mexico, and i couldnt have asked for more! The rooms were beautiful , the staff was extremely friendly, the buffet was excellent with so much choice to choose from! An incredible adults only hotel with lots of young couples. Would definitely come back here again!

Only cheap liquor for all inclusive. A bottle of Tito’s vodka was $144 us in the hotel and $30 outside the hotel.
