Good location, within walking distance of many famous sightseeing attractions. Many public transportation options nearby. Many choices of restaurant options for breakfast and dinner. Small room without table or chairs. Good value for money.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of many famous sightseeing attractions. It’s close to all the theaters, making it just a short walking distance after a show. There are plenty of restaurant options for breakfast and dinner. The room was quite small and lacked a table and chairs, which was a notable drawback of the hotel. But still really good value for money.

Not great, not terrible. Average. Missing basics.
I mean it’s fine. And staff are friendly. But here’s the deal breaker - put a kettle and some coffee (or a coffee machine) and a TV in the room. Why a hotel doesn’t have these I’ll never know - let alone one that costs nearly £300 a night. Staff are friendly and it’s clean and tidy, but I’m afraid that’s about it.

Nice spacious room. Really comfy bed and pillows. There's no TV or tea and coffee making in the room, but there's lots of shops on the doorstep and it's great for a stay over. Nice modern and friendly vibe to the place.

Self check in, despite having done it online, a little annoying. No contact with staff, no reception area to speak of. Rooms aren’t just small, they are tiny. Lighting options are poor. Centrally controlled Aircon blows onto the bed and resets to cold in the morning. On plus side, fabulous location, quiet rooms, bed comfortable. Good blackout curtains. Very clean, apart from marks on wall, to be expected, when the room is so small and nowhere to place luggage, or anything else.
