The room is comfortable with good quality but hotel location is close to busy streets. So some noise is coming from outside. Room is equipped with a high-end coffee machine but no hot pot to fix some tea in the room.

I really like our room, it’s very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to sky train and shopping mall. Staffs were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was ok , they only offered bread , fruit and drink. I will stay again !

Great location, brand new modern decoration, the staff are very nice to give me help when my little daughter got sick.

There was construction going on next to the building during our stay. I paid for Superior room (more expensive) but was given a deluxe room. We stayed four nights there and then figured out we were given the wrong room. Then they moved us back to Superior room for the last two nights. The location was quite convenient as it's close to the waterfront station, gas town.

我地訂咗行政樓層可使用貴賓室的雙床房包括Sitting Area(約41平方)。到埗後，提供的房間是次級的類型(只有35平方米，無Sitting Area，幾番交涉，才爭取到接近我們訂的類型房間(非行政樓層)。

地點方便、員工服務好好，清潔、舒適～有機會可以再次入住

The hotel is new while some of the staff is not that friendly/willing to help

We loved that there was no charge for parking and no pressure with valets or bell hops. We are happy to carry our two little bags ourselves. Room was very small but very nice. Elevators are super fast. Close to everything downtown and water side. In-hotel restaurant was okay. Front desk and door people were super friendly. Coffee from the cafe was, unfortunately, terrible. Beds were comfy enough and it was pretty quiet.

Securiity person was soooo nice and helpful to get us into the parking area. Nice to see you can still provide great service during these challenging times.

We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the hotel location.
