Foram 12 dias que permanecerão para sempre gravados em nossa memória. Ficamos verdadeiramente encantados com cada gesto, cada palavra. A atenção, a delicadeza e a gentileza de todos no hotel Cà Bonfadini nos fizeram sentir como se estivéssemos em nossa própria casa. Desde o primeiro instante, sentimos algo muito especial: cada uma das pessoas que trabalham no hotel nos recebeu com um calor humano que nos envolveu como um abraço. Hotel San Marco is actually a bit far from the center, but it’s located in a much quieter area, which makes it far more comfortable. If you like, they can call a private water taxi for you right in front of the hotel. The staff, including the gentleman and lady at reception, are incredibly helpful and very kind with everything you need. The rooms are comfortable, and overall, it was a lovely experience.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff, especially the man with glasses, was rude and dismissive. He made me feel unwelcome, and I couldn’t help but feel his attitude was influenced by either my being a solo female traveler or my appearance. Every time I asked for help, he was unresponsive and unhelpful. The room was small, uncomfortable, and excessively warm. When I asked to lower the air conditioning, he only adjusted it by 1°, which did nothing. The bed was uncomfortable, and the overall room quality did not justify the price. On my last day, after having my luggage held, I returned and sat in the lobby to wait for my train. The same staff member asked if I needed my bags, acting as if I didn’t belong there. He didn’t offer any hospitality, and I was left feeling uncomfortable. I moved to another part of the hotel to avoid further interaction. Breakfast was poorly managed—half an hour after the scheduled time, the buffet wasn’t ready, and there was no to-go option, unlike other hotels I stayed at in Italy. While the restaurant staff was friendly, the poor service and uncomfortable accommodations made this hotel the worst experience of my trip. I would not recommend it to anyone and will not return.

Great 5 star hotel away from the crowds

Loved the location of hotel, away from the congested area approaching St Mark’s square. Was a 30 minute walk to St Mark Square. We appreciated the meet and greet service the hotel offered and thought it was definitely worth it. Very kind and attentive staff, really good breakfast, beautiful room and bathroom. Would have liked the ability to increase fan speed for the a/c. Thank you for our beautiful stay.

Our stay was truly magical. The hotel was beyond our expectations and the staff were wonderful, helpful and considerate. Everything about this hotel was luxuriously perfect from the beds to the breakfast. An absolutely fabulous historic experience.

This is advertised as a 5 star hotel but there was no air conditioning or even an air fan. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The elevator did not work and no notice was put up suggesting it does. I do not think this is a 5 star hotel and is more in line with a 3 star.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff went above and beyond, and the property is beautiful! We booked a room with a canal view and so glad we did! The concierge booked a private water taxi for us to get to the airport - one of the highlights of the trip! I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return very soon!
