有好有壞
地理位置方便，交通方便。附近餐廳，紀念品店都有。接待人員親切 只是住兩晚，所以沒有要求打掃房間。但是回去後，房間都被打掃整齊了。不過！質量有待提升！ 因為被單和毛巾都有肉眼可見的污漬，而且很多短小的毛髮，房間內隱約能聞到味道，在走廊末端更為嚴重。 浴室用小形容已經不合適了，是狹窄的，但其實看起來蠻新的，不懂為什麼要裝這麼小。

Great location and friendly staffs
The spot is great, just 2 mins walk to paddington station, hotel staffs are friendly and nice, the only thing that bother me is the bed seems quite used as I can literally feel the spring against my back and it is not comfortable at all.

God pris og beliggenhed!
Perfekt beliggenhed for et besøg i London! Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til metro og togstation. Gode spisesteder i umiddelbar nærhed og stopsteder for visse Hop On Hop Off busser. Personalet er meget søde og servicemindede. Nogle værelser er meget små, så de er ikke egnede til ophold i løbet af dagen. Vandtryk på de øvrige etager er meget lavt, så vandet løber meget langsomt ud af bruseren. Derudover kan det være svært at justere temperaturen, da det enten er meget varmt eller meget koldt vand. Vær opmærksom på, at der ikke er elevator, hvis det er et behov. Hotellet kan grundet placering og pris anbefales og vi kommer gerne tilbage.

perfect room for a london tube mouse.
The room, advertised on Hotels.com as an "Economy Single Room," was described in the hotel's system as "extra small size room." Hotels.com provided no information about the room's size, which was barely large enough for a mouse. When we complained that the room was not as advertised—arguing that "economy" does not equate to "extra small," and that even if it did, this information should have been clearly stated on the Hotels.com website—the hotel staff were unhelpful. They refused a refund, an upgrade, or even to acknowledge our complaint. Consequently, thanks to Hotels.com's intervention due to the apparent miscommunication between the hotel and their system, we left the hotel after only one night. Hotels.com agreed to provide credits to book another hotel. Fortunately, there are many other budget hotels in the Paddington area with better accommodations and larger rooms.

Terrible Hotel please avoid
Terrible stay at this hotel. Central heating doesn't work inside the room so the room was freezing. Shower works only with very water so cold water doesn't which means you can burn yourself under the shower. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Great value for the location but thats all
The location is great for the price, but thats about all that is great. The room was dated, the tv small but by far the biggest issue was how tiny the bathroom was. It was like being in a wardrobe. Could barely close the door, cpuld barely turn around on the spot. Literally couldnt sit on the toilet without your leg banging on the pipe under the sink, and the sink you could only just fit a mug into it to get water. House keeping were helfpul and pleasant, the reception staff some were nice and pleasant and helpful, others looked at us as if we were trespassing when we entered the building even though we needed the room key to open the main entrance door.

Great hotel
Have stayed at Europe Hotel for a few years now. Have stayed in thier small single, single, double and family rooms. Single rooms are hot and miss, depending on the floor. The ensuites are rather small. Double and family rooms are great value, spacious, warm, clean with comfortable beds. Would highly recommend as budget hotel near Paddington.
