An enjoyable Holiday Moment

We drove a long way to the hotel and checked in merely at midnight without having our dinner yet. Thou the kitchen was closed but the staffs were really care about our situation and did anything they can do. I love their rooms. Each room has its own balcony or small garden to enjoy the swimming pool view. The bar by the swimming pool arranges DJ or Live music performances several times a week at evening. It really gives you a holiday enjoyable moment while you sitting at the balcony or the bar, shaking your body with the rhythm. However, the room is not so big but enough with any facilities you need. The space of restroom/toilet is quite big, clean and comfortable! Their breakfast is great! Please try not to skip the breakfast to start your day! 我們開了很長的路才到達飯店，即便午夜了廚房都關了，飯店服務人員也十分關切我們尚未吃晚餐的處境，最後因為我們決定在房間陽台吃泡麵而借給了我們所需要的各種廚具~ 我們十分感激。每一個房間都有小陽台或是小院子面對游泳池，游泳池旁的bar常有現場DJ或音樂演奏節目，不論是坐在陽台的沙發上或是吧檯邊隨著音樂節奏搖擺都十足度假風情~ 早餐非常好吃，請不要錯過！

Outsta ding in every way except 1. The hotel needs to invest in new pool chairs. Eack one is so worn out that it hurts to sit or lay on them as they sink to the frames. We tried to pile towels on them and the problem still hurt your bones. It is time to get new ones. I think they have gotten their moneys worth. Now it is time for stronger canvas with padding on beach ch a irs. Thanks for an e cellent stay.

Perfect

We stayed for five nights at this lovely hotel, which is in a very nice residential area. The service was so friendly from every member of staff. The hotel is quiet, very pretty, spotless and the food and drink delicious. Its a short walk to local shops and the beach. We walked along the prom to Peurto Banus and ate at restaurants along the beach. We also walked to the town of San Pedro de Alcantara and visited the market which is held on a Thursday. We felt very safe at all times. The hotel is a perfect base to relax and we would all highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel.

We only stayed for 1 night as part of a longer stay. We arrived early and was able to store our luggage and use the pool and other amenities. We was able to gain access to our room 2 hours earlier which was a bonus. We had a ground floor room 20 which had everything we needed and the shower was nice and hot and powerful. The bed was comfortable as was the pillows and the aircon was fab! A good selection in the mini bar and reasonable prices as was the drinks at the pool side bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A 5 min walk to the beach and there a selections of beach bars/restaurants. If we was in the are we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It's not the hotel, it's the people.

Beautiful hotel with everything you might need. Great breakfast and close to many nice restaurants. The only issue is that there's wasn't much to do or see in the area if you weren't able to travel by car. It was mostly private houses in the vicinity. It was quite annoying to get a room suitable for someone with a handicap, since the zink was so far down, it hurt my back. It always amazes me when people lay their towel on a sunbed the whole day without even being there, but the "pool guy" handled that perfectly (the guy with shaved hair on the sides and a small man bun). My worst experience with this hotel is that a lady living next door smoked like a crazy person and all of her smoke came straight into my room every time (even with the door closed if course). I think this hotel should only allow smoking in the bar area, but no where else in the hotel.

Staff kindness

My 2 teenage daughters and I were on a Mother daughters trip together after a painful divorce. All of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel calm, comfortable and wonderfully looked after.
