Each unit has a unique floor plan. My unit had a million dollar view and college dorm furniture. I called management every day with many issues regarding the condo. The TV never worked and on the 5th day a tech came and said the TV was not activated and he took the TV box with him to repair for a future tenant. The bathroom door on the bathroom of the master bedroom was missing and the window blinds did not close fully on the bedroom window, so the adjacent building could look in on you sitting on the toilet. The sliding door to the balcony did not lock, broken blinds on most of the windows and one broken pull, several light bulbs were out or missing.
Very little instruction was given upon arrival of how to use the key fobs for entry, parking garage entry, and even where to be able stop on the street behind the condo to unload luggage. There is no stopping on the traffic heavy York Street.
FYI the street behind is called Grand Trunk, that is the place to stop and unload. If you call Uber tell them 19 Grand Trunk. Number 19 is the building next door or say Grand Trunk Crescent, which is the drive thru for the 14 York building.
There is a lot of traffic noise from the freeway below if noise bothers you.
