Excellent hotel in Venice
Hotel is very clean and modern. Although the location is not nearby the center, all locations are very easy to be reached by water bus and the station is just 3 mins walk from hotel. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel as it is the best hotel I have stayed in Venice so far.

Very nice and clean hotel right near the bus and train station. We stayed here for 2 nights and had a very nice time.

Enjoyable Lodging
Our family stayed at the hotel for two nights. The location is convenient to the train station and transportation to the airport (no water taxi required). We appreciated the friendly staff in addition to the comfortable, exceptionally clean accommodations.

Great location near to the Venice SL station but if you have heavy luggage to lug please be warned of the bridge with many steps across the hotel! Hotel charged the city tax different from what is stated in the website under fine print and unable to register my stay under my Marriott account!
