I stayed at citizenM during the Covid-19 pandemic and was incredibly impressed with the health & safety precautions taken including one-way foot traffic, mandatory mask wearing in all common areas, consistent elevator cleaning, and staff ensuring all guests conformed to social distancing protocols. Outside of safety, staff went above and beyond on numerous occasions. Everyone was incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful during my stay. These are crazy hectic times and the kindness of the staff went a long way. The room was comfortable and included an ipad to control the lights, television, and temperature of the room. The rooftop bar is gorgeous and worth a visit in its own right. Overall, I would now look for citizenM hotels for my future travel (whenever that does become a reality again). I never write reviews but this hotel and its staff exceeded my expectations.

Staff was amazing. Food was fantastic at the least. Room was beautiful and cozy. Me and my girlfriend loved the view. We are dying to visit again. I highly recommend this hotel for couples of all types.

I’ve been to this hotel twice now and I’m definitely going back again. The technology the room make other 4 or 5 star hotels look like a motel. It’s quiet, very clean, the staff are very welcoming and super friendly. The main reason I’ll choose this hotel over others is the tech they have. It’s phenomenal and I can’t wait to go back.
