有个炫酷大堂的如家酒店
位置偏僻，旁边是个大工地，，2人入住只有一份毛巾，浴巾，客房没有办法联系前台，必须自己去要，毛巾没有了，给了2个浴巾。前台还要兼职bar tender, 不知是否还要负责打扫。大堂比较炫酷，可是房间就像经济连锁酒店，小，无衣橱，无冰箱

Love the moxy hotel, modern and quirky. Breakfast was not great if you went for the hot option, it wasn't hot. We ordered food from the bar one night too. Chicken salad and a burger. Didn't even know a salad could be bad by it it was! Go out and eat. Or check out the restaurant upstairs maybe. Rooms were always clean, pillows need relooking at. 1 pillow was not enough but 2 was breaking your next. Woke up with either back ache or neck ache all 3 mornings, our whole group did.

in general, I liked everything. The staff is friendly, they treated me to a cocktail upon check-in and gave me a bottle of champagne for my birthday. The rooms were cleaned regularly, everything was very clean. The breakfasts were monotonous, but everything was quite tasty and you can choose according to your own taste. Quiet area. What I didn't like and even shocked me was that when I checked out early, they don't collect breakfast for the trip. This is the first hotel in my experience that doesn’t collect the breakfast I paid for. It was really unpleasant. It would also be nice to add a toilet brush to the toilet and some kind of table with the possibility of eating at it. There was also no locker for clothes, although we only came with backpacks and it was not a problem for us.

Leuk hotel, vriendelijk personeel, gunstig gelegen. Jammer dat er geen kleerkast of dergelijks aanwezig was op de kamer. We hadden een valentijnpakket genomen maar stond jammer genoeg niet klaar.. we zijn even onze kamer moeten uit gaan om dit in orde te brengen.

Modern hotel with unexperienced administrators
The building itself is new, nice and stylish. The location is also all right, about a 30 min walk from the centre, very calm and relaxing, no noise at all. However, the stuff could be more attentive. At our check-in it took us 20-30 minutes to get the keys because the administrator kept on distracting on other guests' request instead of asking them to go to another non-occupied administrator. It was very annoying. In addition, we were told that the breakfast in until 11:00 and on Monday it was an unpleasant surprise to realize it was until 10:00...

Dystopian location
Friendly staff, average hotel (3/5) but awful Industrial location 1/5, avoid unless you enjoy a dystopian stay with a 24/7 fertiliser factory emitting a ton of non-stop smoke directed towards where you are sleeping. - 200/300 mt across the dock there is a huge industrial site, likely the largest one you probably might have seen, emitting 24/7 nasty smoke, this factory apparently makes fertilisers and residents in the surrounding areas have made many complaints for years but it is still there, even if they have started building housing and commercial sites right next to it like this hotel - You can literally smell the fertiliser site throughout the day, you can’t open your windows, for sure it is pretty nasty stuff - apparently higher cancer rates in all surrounding areas. Was very glad we only stayed 2 nights. - The location, being industrial, is very noisy - you get 200mt long vessels / boats, coming into the harbour at night with noisy diesel engines waking you up at 4/5am unloading / loading stuff into these Industrial sites across the dock. - The aircon is just terrible, does not allow you to control the temperature, you can only set it +/-3 - celsius from what you find in the room, when we arrived, the room was ridiculously hot (27C) when outside was freezing cold (-1/-2 C), we couldn’t get a decent sleep as there was no way to lower it to a nice 20-21 degrees to sleep comfortably, you could not open the window as the factory smoke is non stop.

Erfahrung im Moxy Amsterdam: Enttäuschend
Leider entsprach mein Aufenthalt im Moxy Amsterdam nicht den gewohnten Standards der Hotelkette. Das Zimmer war in einem unakzeptablen Zustand – mit schmutzigen Bettlaken, einer unhygienischen Dusche und einem nicht gereinigten WC. Das Servicepersonal ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Bei der Ankunft war niemand ansprechbar, da die Mitarbeiter*innen lieber Smalltalk untereinander führten, anstatt sich um die wartenden Gäste zu kümmern. Das Frühstück wirkte lieblos und uninspiriert – hier lohnt es sich, das Geld lieber in eines der vielen hervorragenden Restaurants in Amsterdam zu investieren. Insgesamt war dies mein erster enttäuschender Aufenthalt in einem Moxy Hotel, was besonders bedauerlich ist, da es sich um die Niederlassung in einer so renommierten Stadt handelt. Ein klarer Flop – schade. Die positiven Bewertungen kann ich leider nicht bestätigen. Vielleicht war es auch einfach nur der falsche Tag. Trotzdem schade.

We loved the quirky hotel and the wide range of guests it catered for. The social areas were modern, quirky and industrial and the bar was central. It was quiet but had a great friendly atmosphere. The rooms and food were excellent lots of choice and the rooms were ample size for us . A big walk-in shower .
