Great Location!
Amazing location just a few minutes walk from Lakeside. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the fact that the street was quiet at night due to not being on the center of the main road. Very clean and generous rooms with a balcony throughout the property. The hosts were extremely accommodating and a very nice family. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is very close to the lake but enjoy a peaceful accommodation, this place would be it!

長期滞在には不向き
以前1泊して悪くなかったので、今回は13泊と長期滞在しました。ロケーションとしてはレイクサイドの中心でどこに行くにも同じくらいの労力で行けるので悪くないです。近くにおしゃれなカフェもあり、朝食によく利用しました。ただ、長期滞在するといろいろ不便が目立ちました。まず3日に一度しか清掃が入りません（ごみは外に出しておけば回収してくれます）。今回は天気が悪い日が続き、停電も多かったので、シャワーのお湯が使えない日が半数近くあり苦労しました。エアコンがないためとても寒い思いをしました。非常に安い宿なので仕方ないといえばそうですが、長期滞在には向いていません。

The location is okay as one has to walk a few minutes from the lakeside. The room was clean. However, there was no AC so it was kinda cold during the night. This hotel is a decent place if you are not looking for anything fancy.

Good value, clean and comfy beds
Stayed there twice, before and after our trek. Really really nice place, comfortable beds with thick mattresses, hot water (sometimes). The family who owns it are super friendly and helpful. All in all good value. There’s noice from the road and local area, but that’s everywhere in Nepal :) Would choose this place again any time!

Harvest Moon Guest House has an incredibly welcoming atmosphere, with large, clean rooms and comfortable beds. It felt like coming home at the end of each day! The rooms are admittedly simple, and the showers and television reception can be temperamental. However, the customer service and very affordable price makes up for it. For cheap, decent accommodation, I definitely recommend!

Quiet and simple hotel.
The staff were friendly, the location was very good. It is nicely decorated with green and blooming plants all around. Secure place to park our motorcycle. The hot water took a long time to reach our room so we had to wait a good 5 minutes or more for a shower, and because it's now winter and there was no heat in the room, it was cold at night and in the morning. But the rate was very affordable. Would probably be ideal in summer. Overall would recommend.

예약했던 숙소가 아닌 다른 숙소로 우리를 넘겼다.
포카라를 여행하는 것을 엄청 기대하고 준비했다. 그래서 선택한 숙소 하비스트 문 게스트 하우스, 주변 게스트 하우스보다 가격이 싼 것도 아니지만 그래도 평점이 10점이라 기대하고 이곳에 도착했다. 하지만, 우리를 위한 방은 없었다. 원래 머물던 게스트가 아파서 체크아웃을 하지 못해서 우리를 이곳에 재울 수 없다고 했다. 그러곤 앞에 R&R Guest House 에서 머물게 되었다. 1박을 지내보고 더 머물지 판단하려 했는데, 다시 생각해봐도 너무나도 이해할 수 없는 행동이였고, 아직도 화가 난다. 지금 머무는 게스트하우스는 너무나도 마음에 들지 않는다.

Lovely place to stay in Pokhara
My stay at Harvest Moon was absolutely amazing, and I'll be sure to stay here again when I return. First and foremost, the staff. They were nothing short of amazing. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly smiles and great service. Check in was smooth and efficient, my laundry was completed the same day for a great price even on a cloudy day, when it normally takes longer to dry, and it was spotlessly clean. The room was bright, roomy, and very clean. After trekking for three weeks, this was the first shower with truly hot water and great shower pressure. It was absolutely amazing to stand under it and enjoy a great shower. The beds were tidy and comfortable. When it came to anything from restaurant recommendations to booking a night bus to booking paragliding, everything was taken care of for me with no effort on my part, and on the last day they stored my luggage for free while I went paragliding and exploring the city. I left Harvest Moon with a huge smile of gratitude for the amazing service I received and I can't wait to go back.

Family run hotel in nice area close to lakeside
Booked through Expedia. Harvest Moon kept in touch ahead of arrival and arranged for someone to meet me at the airport. The car was good with a good driver. Such a pleasure. They then arranged a private car , again of a high standard with an excellent English speaking driver, to give me a half day tour to points of interest of my choosing. A good days outing. Since staying with them they are taking care of an admin hiccup and are doing it in a professional manner. I am going back there.
