Wonderful lady on reception made us very welcome Beach hotel so seagulls at 7.30 which is when breakfast started so alarm clock Clean , tea and coffee ,hairdryer with over head shower over the bath , towels provided daily Friendly staff enjoyable stay so we had another night Close to shops and amazing water cliff lift

One night stay on the top floor. Lift was broken so a long walk up. Room could do with a bit of decorating but ok. Lovely view out the front looking at the sea. Parking could be an issue as it’s on the seafront. I got lucky with the last space free.

Lift was not working and I was on the top floor so struggled with my luggage. TV was an issue as could not find the standard channels only satellite channels I had not seen before and I have sky at home. Great spot ans over the road from the beach. Very good buffet breakfast. Good value for money Hotel and my room (18) was excellent but if you are not fit and agile ask for lower floor room. This is the second time I have stayed here.

First, the picture in no way represents this hotel,totally misleading.There is no parking at this hotel,only lottery winners would lucky enough to get a parking space on this road.The lift was broken,no one mentioned this when we booked the day before and as 85 year olds six flights of stairs btween room and breakfast wasn,t welcome.The room was large, bright and clean with a great sea view.Breakfast was excellent.Altogether a Curates egg with plenty of room for improvement.

Ok place just don't park in the front!

Clean warm hotel. Never saw any staff, reception was always closed. Tea making facilities were poor, no milk or coffee. Shower had good pressure but would have preferred it if it could have gone hotter. Not the hotels fault but parking in front of hotel meant that my car windscreen got broken by storm from a pebble thrown up by sea. So if one is planning to stay then consider parking elsewhere! Good location for town and coastal path

make sure you call hotel, to see if they have your booking. As unfortunately despite the reference no being the same as booking. This was not accepted.. My email was under my nick name. I gave them my registered name. couldn't find it. Got there in the end, but not without a meltdown and being nearly thrown out. Never mind. all down to experience, won't be booking through Hotels.com. Luckily the really nice gentleman owner was most helpful. As he shouted at the agents Are you deaf sounded like the agents were that bothered as i was at 8pm at night

I booked this hotel 3 months before going, on the way to Aberystwyth I had a phone call to say they had messed up the booking and were transferring me to their sister hotel, The Four Seasons. The car park can only hold 4 cars, you have to then take your chances of not falling fowl of the parking rules on the street. When checking in, i was told i would be in one room for 2 nights and then moved to another room for the third and final night. The restaurant doesn't open in the evening because only one member of staff covers the entire hotel in the evenings!! I left a day early with the owner refusing to refund me for his mess up, he said i could come back and use that night in future- i will never book with them again. I suspect that the other hotel is as badly managed. And the shower didn't drain properly. The staff were lovely, but that was the only good point. The walls were thin and I could hear the TVs and conversations on both sides when trying to sleep.

From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel incredibly welcome, and their helpfulness was consistent throughout my visit. The hotel offers a wonderfully peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. My room was comfortable, and I was especially impressed with the clean bathrooms. One of the highlights was definitely the lovely breakfast—a fantastic way to start the day. In the evenings, the in-house bar was a cozy spot to unwind. Even better was the outdoor terrace, which provided the perfect setting to sit and enjoy the breathtaking sunset. The location is also excellent; the hotel is quiet, yet only a two-minute walk from lots of food options, making it incredibly convenient. I highly recommend the Queensbridge Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and quiet place to stay in Aberystwyth.

Booked 2 rooms 4months before hand. 3 hours into journey had a call from another hotel saying they now had our booking and they had no room. No communication from Queensbridge no apology from Queensbridge. Awful experience!
