Buggy service to 7-11, family mart and main road, really nice!! 7-min walk from main road to BTS station. Not feeling safe to walk back in the dark, we called Grab car every night. Room is tidy, with toilet amenities and toothbrush except for slippers. Staff is helpful.

Noise insulation is far below standard, we can hear the vacuum cleaner outside the corridor, someone moving furniture upstairs or people chatting next door. The room is clean except the floor; it seems that they never mob the floor since the opening. The location is 5 mins walk from the airport link, which is very good; other than this, we found it very difficult to get a taxi, grabcar or tuk tuk. We have booked a grabcar/grabtaxi everyday, but all drivers didn't know how to come to the hotel even with GPS, very annoying. The reception staff was lazy during our check-in, probably because we disturbed his rest at 2130h?? Overall, this stay was not a pleasant one at all! I really hesitate to recommend anyone to choose this hotel.

you have to go through very dark road to reach the hotel. not recommend for female travel alone. its very scary when you walk through the dark road. Free hotel vehicle service provided only for going out of the hotel. No vehicle service for returning to the hotel at night. the floor inside the room was very dirty and we ask for slippers but they dont provide. you can even hear the alarm clock in the other room.

Nice hotel itself, Not nice to get there!
Reasonable price. Very close to the AirportLink and the BTS Playa Thai Station. Unfortunately, it needs to walk through a very muddy rough road to reach the hotel from main road. They offer shuttles to three different locations but I didn't use it due to my personal reason. Come again? Depends!

It need walk around 15-20 minutes from airport line station. I email to check the service for the pick up before I arrived, but don't get any response. The counter service is great and friendly, room is clean, but noisy (if your room close to the train line). It's very convenient for the diet and massage choice. If you want to outside or to the BTS, should take the golf cart (free) to the main road. My friend forget and leave his wallets in the strongbox, contact the counter and they promise will charge 10% cash and then will assist to mail back the cash and wallets. But my friend just only received the wallets, no cash, and no any message when he contact again. It's really despair for that.
