다 좋았으나 온수가 제공되지 않았다.
쿠바에서 볼 수 없는 깨끗하고 호텔같은 숙소였다. 친절함, 위치, 아침식사 모두 너무 만족스럽다. 그런데 뜨거운 물이 제공되지 않았다. 한국인에게는 샤워할 때 차갑다고 느낄 수있을 정도의 온도였다. 밖이 너무 더우면 상관없지만 지금처럼 아침 저녁으로 쿠바에서 시원이 바람이 불면 샤워하기가 곤란할 수도 있다.

オーナーがとても親切でした。また朝食も美味しく朝食の時間も正確でした。 私が泊まった時は外観工事中で景色が半分見えず残念でしたが通常はベランダ からマレコン通りの海辺の景色がとても綺麗に見えます。 強いて言えばお湯の温度が低いためちょうど寒期に入っていたのでシャワーが寒かったです。 全体的には大変満足です。

Although this building looks a bit scary the apartment was very nice and the view was beautiful. The property manager was absolutely amazing. So warm and helpful. The place is spotless and the beds are super comfy. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lugar recomendable
El departamento estaba limpio y en perfectas condiciones, con sabanas y toahallas también limpias. Habia agua caliente (detalle importante para los estándares de Cuba). La persona que debia acomodarnos fue puntual tanto al llegar nosotros como al retirarnos, también fue atenta y muy dispuesta. Por 5 CUC por persona nos han traido un buen desayuno al horario acordado.

Positieve en negatieve dingen
Positief: Ruim, schoon, gastvrij, goed bereikbaar, goede communicatie met "manager" Negatief: Uitzicht geblokkeerd door een steiger met veiligheidsdoeken, als het regent of waait moeten ze shutters dicht en heb je geen zonlicht. Dat is nogal vaak in Havana. * Ik had de schoonmaakster afgebeld, toch kwam ze binnen (deur zat op slot, maar blijkbaar kan de sleutel er van de andere kant ook in) en liep naar de slaapkamer waar ik aan het slapen was. Ik voelde me er niet echt veilig meer omdat de deur vanuit binnen dus blijkbaar niet op slot kon. Daarna altijd een stoel voor de deur gezet. Ik vind het jammer dat ik dit moet typen, want de gastvrijheid was hoog, mensen erg vriendelijk en bedoelde het voorval niet slecht en appartement was mooi. Als het uitzicht niet geblokkeerd was door een steiger en veiligheidsdoeken, was het een redelijk verblijf geweest. Advies: plaats ramen in de hal en richting de buitenzijde plus een slot waarbij de gast ook echt de deur kan sluiten. * Lieve meneer brengt voor 5 CUC ontbijt in de casa, zeker een aanrader.

Easy access to food, Jazz clubs and view of town is amazing. Watching the sun rise in the morning and looking down at the city at night is stunning. Room is super clean and the friendly staff teaches us our first sentence in Spanish," Where is the bathroom?". This was helpful to anyone who didn't speak Spanish. There are many shops around the building to get cheap water, and to get ice cream. It is also a short walk to the seawall . There is a lot of activity nearby. The effect of that is, at night you can hear people party all night long. For people who love music, it a perfect place to stay. One night, the elevator didn't work and the water shut off due to maintenance in the building. The manager offered one night free after the inconvenience Overall, it is comfortable to stay, it makes you feel like a local. We would definitely go back.

If you visit Havana, this is the best place to stay. The view is breathtaking and the service is great! Ariana was super helpful and answered all our questions and any issues we had. I highly recommend this place. I will most definitely be staying here again.

Appartement tres bien situer e centre ville.
Accueil très chaleureux dès le départ .Personne très sympathique. L'appartement est très grand deux grandes chambres, deux salles de bain, une cuisine sympathique et surtout une très grande terrasse avec de grandes chaises longues où on peut profiter pour prendre un apéro et prendre un bain de soleil en même temps. La personne qui fait le ménage est irréprochable dans son travail car l'appartement est toujours propre et même la vaisselle est faite. Je le recommande vivement car le prix est très abordable et le service et nickel.je suis vraiment très satisfait de cet établissement.

Perfect location with gorgeous views
I stayed at this apartment with my wife and daughter from 23-25 Jan and it was amazing! Great location, central to many restaurants and just a 5 min taxi ride to Old Havana. The view from this apartment alone is enough for me to go back! The apartment is high up so from the balcony we could see the entire Malecón and Old Havana. Ariana manages the apartment and was so kind and helpful to us during our stay! She organized the internet for us since we had to contact our family back home, she put us on to a great tour guide who did a personalized tour for us of the cigar factory and craft market and she gave us a phone to use while we were there in case we needed anything. Our stay was brief but we had absolutely no problems.
