房間很新很乾淨,空間大,空調也夠涼.我們的房間面對鐵軌,但噪音不大,沒有太大影響.飯店在火車RER的Rosa park站旁邊,走路兩分鐘,到巴黎東站和北站分別為一站到兩站.但去的時候巴黎北站的RER E線在維修,本來想藉由RER往返機場就很不順利.進入市區後來還是比較常搭捷運M 7線,捷運站離飯店不到10分鐘,沿路有多家超市和餐廳.雖然飯店不在市中心,但還算方便.

登記入住手續繁複，登記地點與入住地點離很遠。 門鎖是壞的，不能上鎖。沒有電梯和冷氣機，而且暖爐是壞的，不能打開。枕頭有異味，十分可怕。而且價格比同區的其他酒店貴。完全不能接受這種服務，與價格不乎。不推薦！

We did enjoy our two-week stay in this lovely hotel, you got almost everything you need in the room. Free croissants are available at the front dest every morning and the staffs are all friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good, close to Gare de Magenta (only one stop to Gare du Nord) and is within walking distance of Parc de la Villette. Safe neighborhood, and supermarkets and restaurants just nearby!

location is good, it is very close to Rosa Parks train station, it is so easy to transfer to other attractions by RER or metro, the studio is cozy, clean, and comfortable, the only problem is the noise from train passing, but it will be fine after 12pm, I will stay here when I come back Paris!

With the price they charged, we were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. Spacious room, mini-kitchen with all the basic kitchen utensils (even dishwasher and microwave) and cutlery, close proximity (2-minute walk) to RER station and 10-minute walk to metro station. Self-service laundromat was in the building. Having all these, this place may not be best for everyone. First, it is NOT a full hotel but an apartment-hotel, meaning that room-cleaning would be provided with surcharge. Second, it is located literally next to RER station and the noise would be an issue for certain people. We stayed in this place twice and at the second time the train track was about 50 meters away from our windows but since we live in a big city where noise was almost an non-issue and the train noise did not bother us at all. In fact, this place did a wonderful soundproofing job in the room. We were very happy with both stays in this place.

Kävimme yöpymispaikassa vain nukkumassa, ja siihen tämä oli vallan mainio. Käytävällä ei paljon muuta liikennettä näkynyt eli oli hiljaista ja rauhallista. Huoneessa oli kaikki tarvittava, että sai hoidettua aamupalat ja iltapalat omasta puolesta. Tilaa oli myös neljälle hyvin. Aiempi sisäänkirjautuminen ei onnistunut, mutta pystyttiin jättämään laukut säilöön ja tutustumaan lähialueeseen. Kaksi ruokakauppaa oli aivan lähettyvillä ja leipomo jopa samassa rakennuksessa. Julkiset kulkuyhteidet olivat myös aivan vieressä, josta olikin helppo kulkea kaikkiin nähtävyyksiin sekä Disneylandiin. Julkisilla kuljettiin myös lähtiessä lentokentälle.

Good - Could see sacre couer + eiffel tower from room, wifi worked Bad - Everything else. The safe, bathroom door, and toilet flush were broken and didn’t get fixed until the third day of the trip. We asked the front desk multiple times from the first day when they would be fixed and got the response of an eye roll and “tomorrow”. My partner complained to the manager who responded by shouting and belittling us - how he’s the manager i don’t understand. There was another group who happened to be checking out and putting a complaint in for a broken fridge at the same time as us speaking to the manager - he also argued with her and told her to “stop crying” even though she wasn’t. The next day he sheepishly offered us a free breakfast to apologise and said he was having a “bad day”…… clearly he’s in the wrong job. The hotel is also in a very sketchy area, so i would reconsider if you’re thinking of booking here and are a woman/NB. My partner and i were followed back by a man on the metro. The hotel is also directly next to the metro line so not great for noise.

Séjour en famille, Personnel très sympathique, chambre confortable et très propre (bémol pour le petit balcon), proche du périphérique et des stations de métro/bus/RER. Snacks et supermarchés à proximité. Ne connaissant pas trop Paris j’avais des craintes mais j’ai été ravie de mon choix d’hôtel ! Nous reviendrons !

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas une note de 8.6 L'accueil est franchement pas bon, on a l'impression d'ennuyer chaque fois qu'on passe a l'accueil. Les chambres cotées voie ferrées sont bruyantes malgré un bonne isolation , on entends les train (tgv et rer!!). et en plus l'abattant des toilettes est cassé et n'a pas ete changé.. ca montre a quel point on n'est pas soucieux du confort des clients (voir photos)

Was great to have a kitchenette was able to cook some of my own meals for breakfast and dinner to cut down on expenses. Only real complaint was the air conditioner, I could blow more air out of a straw than what came out of the vents and what did come out didn’t feel cold. Advised the front desk and he explained just flip the fan switch to bottom and turn knob to left and wait about an hour. Left it that way for 5 days and it didn’t make a difference. Fortunately I had a room on the street side and not the train side of the building so I could open the windows and get a breeze in. The street side is noisy even after midnight so may want to bring ear plugs if you have to open the windows. Comes with pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware and a bag with dish soap towel and detergent. RER train station is a block up the street and a local supermarket is a block in the other direction

Trotz anfänglicher Schwierigkeiten, das Zimmer war nicht fertig, ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Nette Mitarbeiter. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch auf dem Schlafsofa mit richtiger Matratze konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Gute Lage; Bäckerei direkt um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Dienstags ist Markt. Bahnhof in 150m. Tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis.
