The place is heavenly. The staff are wonderful and arrange whatever you want. The rooms are comfortable and rustic. Most of the menu in the restaurant is good - my only recommendation would be for them to make it more simple / homey vs trying to be a fine dining. The wines are great.

My husband and I booked this stay with our 3 teenagers while visiting from Canada. We wanted a few days of quiet reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the major tourist cities we visited during our trip. This was absolute perfection! It’s a beautiful property with high-end amenities. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the scenery. The food was excellent and we enjoyed the wine tasting experience. Salvadonica was absolutely beautiful and had all we could have asked for in a relaxing Tuscany vacation. We did the cooking class and particularly loved that experience. Our only complaint or word of wisdom is we were surprised about how many children were there. Most were very respectful and well behaved but that wouldn’t appeal to some. We particularly like kids, so ok with us but I know friends who would be less thrilled with the addition noise and commotion.

The property is amazing, rooms are spacious and immaculate. We ate dinner and breakfast there, and the food and wine were incredible! So many choices for the breakfast buffet. The property was gorgeous, you could walk a few miles from the vineyards down to marked trails through the woods. Wish we had more time to try their wine tasting, cooking class or bike rentals. Would definitely stay here again!
