在瀑布公园的中心点，离游客中心很近，走到美国瀑布4分钟不到。酒店很干净，员工服务周到，如果还有下次再去大瀑布，还是会选择这家酒店

Hotels.com Cheated Me. Bad Experience.

The hotel location is extremely convenient. But overall cleanliness is really bad. Staff is not friendly. Hotels.com charged me extra for a room with "VIEW". Hyatt gave me a room with parking garage building view. The hotel staff laughed when I asked for a room with view. There is NO VIEW. Hotels.com cheated me. Its NOT fair to cheat your clients. Hotels.com should be fined for false advertising & cheating clients!!

Worst Hyatt ever!

This was by far my worst Hyatt hotel I have ever stayed at. The lobby is small and cramped. The front desk employees are ball faced liars. I was told they do not make up the rooms daily because they are following state of New York COVID protocols which not true, before arriving at the Hyatt in Niagara Falls I stayed in New York City in a hotel that made up the rooms on a dairy basis. They were not hiding behind Covid to do the bare minimum. The Hyatt has no parking on site guests are to park across the street in a parking structure own and operated by the city. I felt my life was in danger every time I walked there. I had to walk to the fourth floor because the elevator was not working. The smell of urine was everywhere and empty beer cans everywhere. We checked out one night early because we could not take it. The last day I walked to the parking structure I saw a used syringe needle. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is its location. Mr Ortiz the hotel manager tried to be helpful but there is only so much he could do. The price this Hyatt charges is not worth it, stay somewhere else. I will never stay at this hotel and will tell my family and friends not to stay here!

Perfect location and great hotel!

The hotel is AWESOME! It was right next to the Niagara Falls state park. On the the top level of the hotel you can go out on a terrace with a beautiful view of the city. They made a special accommodation for us for parking because we had an SUV with a topper on it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay - thank you!

Very fun stay

We were told no restaurant, no pool, but both were open. We were also upgraded to a king suite for no charge and the suite was huge. There is no Uber in Niagara Falls but the front desk recommended a taxi company that was very personal accommodating. The driver took us to a restaurant a few miles outside the city and told us to text him when we were ready to be picked back up. We were an easy 3-block walk to the falls. The city of Niagara Falls is very limited. Our restaurant choices beyond Rainforest Cafe and Hard Rock Cafe were quite thin. The Falls are worth every penny and the Maid(s) of the Mist was wonderful. Yes you get wet, yes it’s more fun that way.
