Don't expect too much

Good value, basic hotel, that appears to be undergoing updating. Friendly healthy staff. I stayed in 2 rooms where the mattresses were not great. A lot of stairs if you get a room on higher floors.

Well if they fix and renovate the floors so the noise from the rooms above disappears, maybe they can have a 2.8 in score. Throw in an a.c. then you are up to 3.2. If they consider to have a great working WiFi, they can make it to 3.7.

The hotel was okay, did not meet my expectation, stayed in the top floor. It was very dusty, I reckon that room was not used for a while and the window had so much dust and it was shedding into the bedding. And it was very hot as it was a top floor. They could do better with cleanliness.

Awful

Couldn't find anyone at reception. Got to the room and it was filthy. On check out guy was rude. We knocked on the reception door to hand key back and check out. He shouts through the closed door to leave it on a window ledge. Awful customer service.

Chambre numero 3: sejour dans une chambre sale, moquette qui n'a pas été nettoyée depuis très longtemps, aspirateur n'a pas été passé depuis probablement des mois, murs sales, avec des traces non identifiables, chaise qui n'a pas vu de nettoyage depuis longtemps, poussiere et provablement des restes de saltés et nouriture qui n'ont pas été nettoyés sur le siège de la chaise, le radiateur sal au souhait enrre la poussiere, tracss de café et que sais je d'autre... Salle de bain n'était pas mieu que la chambre... pas de reseau dans la chambre, isolation inexistante, nous avon été reveilles pas le ronflement dans la chambre voisine et n'avons pas pu dormir de la nuit. Linge et draps propres globalement, mais des poils.... nous devions rester 3 nuits, que nous avons reglé en arrivant (arrivée tardive vers minuit, le receptionniste était ettoné de nous voir rn disant d'abord qu'il n'attendais personne) , mais après la premiere nuit avons quitté l'hotel, imposible d'aller dans la douche, vu la propreté de la chambre. Nous avons dû payer de nouveau les deux nuits de notre sejour à Londre. Nous avons pris des photos qui seront envoyées à Hotels.com car impossible de les joindre à cet avis.

I had to go for a meeting without taking a shower. The bathroom door was jammed and there was no one to help open it. The manager did not pick calls and the night desk manager did not respond when I knocked on the reception door.

Simple but effective accommodation for a work trip

A decent, no-fuss hotel stay. The photos on the website suggest the availability of food options that just don't exist in the real site, so I suggest these misleading images are removed ASAP. It's worth noting that this is a converted 5-storey townhouse and there's no lift, but this wasn't a problem for me. Walls are paper-thin and every time the guy in the next room opened his door I thought he was opening mine! This means it might not be great for a romantic weekend, but for a business trip like mine it was a great option that was relatively low cost (for the area).

COMFORTEL PRPL DISGUSTING

The room was certainly below 1* condition. It was scruffy and tired TV had fallen off the wall and was propped up on table with the tea and coffee items. Hairdryer was damaged but worked both headboards were very badly damaged. There was old liquid stains that had run down the wall still present the base of the beds were dirty and stained as was the carpets. Shower tray was stained hot radiator/towel rail in bathroom was very dirty and stained. I am very surprised that you even had this terrible hotel on your list. Would not recommend it and would certainly not stay again it was well below value for money

Séjour des plus désagréable

Séjour plutôt désagréable avec beaucoup de bruit car l'isolation est pas terrible. Les prises électriques ont disjoncté deux fois, de plus les adaptateurs vendu par l'hôtel ne sont absolument pas adaptés nous avons du en racheter et ils ne nous ont pas été remboursé. L'hôtel mérite un bon coup de neuf,le pommeau de douche fuit, chambre beaucoup trop étroite, la peinture s'effrite, ventilation de la salle de bain a changé. Bref pas recommandé
