Vazamento da banheira e rejunte do piso do quarto
O lugar é lindo, a casa é muito gostosa porém para uma diária de R$1200 as condições deveriam ser perfeitas. A banheira de hidro vazou água o tempo do banho inteiro, o banheiro virou uma piscina. O piso do quarto em frente à porta quando pisa mais forte a água jorra pelos rejuntes. Como estava muito frio e água vazando acabamos molhando meias , roupas o que gerou um certo desgaste, embora o atendimento e limpeza tenham sido imediatos. Porém por este valor não deveria haver estes incidentes, explicaram que o chalé havia sido inaugurado a um mês e me senti sendo uma cobaia pagante!

Talvez pela temporada mas o valor não condiz com o oferecido, deixou a desejar com a estrutura e achei um absurdo cobrar pela lenha, Tive dificuldades com o chuveiro é bem difícil para regular a temperatura, a acústica não é muito boa. Ponto positivo para a localização, é bem próximo de capivari. Fiquei nos quartos ao lado da recepção, se conseguir alugar o trailer ou chalés a sua experiência pode ser melhor do que a minha pois são bem bonitos.

Já me hospedei diversas vezes na pousada, desta vez ficamos na suíte gentileza, pequena para 3 pessoas mais como estávamos em casal atendeu bem, cama e travesseiro confortável, lareira, chuveiro quente e ar quente , local com cabide para pendurar casacos , para chegar a esse quarto tem escada , não nos ajudam com as malas… café da manhã muito gostoso , as atendentes super solicitas e simpáticas , estacionamento ruim , rua da pousada de pedras ruim também, relativamente próximo a vila.

A hospedagem foi boa, café da manhã bom (no sistema a la carte), limpeza e funcionários muito bons. Equipe super atenciosa. O quarto onde fiquei hospedado era bem amplo. Apenas carece um reparo básico na pintura das paredes e melhor iluminação próximo ao espelho. Mas não desabona a hospedagem.
