Please bear in mind that it is really a shack - three-walled with a curtain so may not be exactly what you’re looking for if it sounds bad to you. We are fine with that, though it can get noisy when people check in late cos the walls are really thin. Breakfast is not included but it isn’t too expensive comparing to other restaurants in the area. Noted that the area is relatively expensive as it’s a tourist town. Shared toilets and showers but they are pretty clean. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Very friendly staff. Walking distance to the Phong Nha Cave’s boat station.
