this is terrible!
1) I booked one room with 4 beds, but the staff gave me one room with 2 beds only. I need to go back to the office where picking keys to complain however they are unable to give back me a the room for 4, we could only have one more room for 2 with EXTRA FEES PAID!!
2) The electricity was suspended twice of my room and 4 times of my fd's room, but it is winter!! Oh God!!
3) I will never stay here again, and I suggest Expedia to cease the booking fr this apartment, a horrible place!!
The hotel contacted me via email on the day of check-in to inform me that my original room was unavailable due to a broken air conditioner. They offered a complimentary upgrade to another room, which I accepted. However, had I known that the room I was assigned was actually a downgrade from the one I originally booked, I would not have accepted their offer.
Unfortunately, I only realized the room was a downgrade the day after check-in, making it too late to request a refund.
Anyhow, the room was spacious and in good condition overall.
