Horrible hotel company. Check your light switches and bed sheets first! Our light switch broke and we had to sleep with a bright light on all night. Nobody to contact or help at night. Also, they booked someone in our room for our last day. We were told to move rooms for the new guest, even though we were there first!! The front desk reasoning was "they have more rates on expedia." Worst customer service ever! The only nice aspect about this hotel was the ocean view, and its honestly not all great because of all the sargassum/seaweed on their shores. Its not just belize oceans though, all of the carribean is being affected by global warming in the oceans. You're better off booking a regular hotel.

It was a very nice room No hot water barely warm usually view obstructed by wires and cables. I made arrangements for pick up at the airport it was confirmed and no one showed up was very disappointed and almost missed the last water taxi. No tv service only connect to netflix or other device on phone was a complete waste of time cuz didn't work anyway .

Unmotiviertes Personal an der Rezeption
Unterkunft an sich ist gut, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Das aber das anwesende Personal nur desinteressiert am Handy hängt und weder hallo noch tschüss auf die Reihe kriegt, ist sehr skurril. Man wurde ignoriert und angeschwiegen, solange man nicht explizit nach etwas gefragt hat.

Convenient hotel in a Caye Caulker party scene
The hotel was fine but located in a busy area. Caye Caulker is largely a party scene and the hotel is right on the main thoroughfare of the island. The hotel has convenient access to things but I would not recommend staying in Caye Caulker for more than one or two nights.

Staff was very helpful; we appreciated the shuttle to the water taxi. Photos do not show that there is a busy road between the hotel and the beach. There are no outlets in the bedroom for charging devices.

The window in our suite was banging all night but I did fix it with some playing cards I had in my bag at around 2 am, additionally the street light is right outside of suite 2 and it was SO bright in the room at night, that being said- the room was beautiful and clean and smelt amazing and having access to the dock and little beach area was great and the sunrises were beautiful and very very close to all things going on in caulker as well as great balcony was amazing.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. Good location, very close to Split. I’d describe the hotel as a perfect combination of the price and quality. Rooms are very big and comfortable. The bathroom could be renovated to the modern standards but doable. We loved a complimentary pick up And drop off at the ferry terminal and free water refills. We would stay there again
