Affordable luxury when looking for an all inclusive resort in Cancun. Staff is very attentive and friendly, the pool is nice and cool to chill from the sun and the amenities are in line with a 4 star hotel. What sells this hotel are the stunning views to the ocean for sunrise or lagoon for sunset. Food was ok but nothing extravagant - restaurants available serve either buffet, Asian cuisine or Mediterranean....all three are decent but not extraordinary. The fact that its close to the end of the hotel strip makes it a more chill and quiet experience with we enjoyed.

The room was perfect 9 th floor and 180 decree view: which we got upgraded to since we was celebriting our anniversity. So happy that we could check in early. But we deffinetly did feel another service by workers near the pool, almost feel like they did not care. Multiple times we saw few of them just standing and speaking when the customers was waiting on help. One time it was us self waiting to get the menu at the resturant at the pool and another time was when more customers did wait on the bar. Another bad customer service was when it began to rain and we all was in hurry to give our towels to get the towels key return, there the worker did get angry if you did put the towel on the tabel instead of in the bag. The hotel got many board games, but apperently you only can play at the lobby area during the day time. And at the evening they put the games near the towel room at the pool. We saw the games first time there, and was bored at evening since we did not use the bars. But we got told that we could not borrow a game since it is closed. Thats why we got a different service when we did srrive and when we stay, and the reason to one less star. The food did taste good, but it would help if more information was writing at the open buffees. E.g. It did says salad but i could see mest in the salad, then why not describe it.

I left a candy bar wrapper on the nightstand and woke up in the middle of the night to have ants everywhere! The phone operator was less than concerned about the ordeal and informed me that they could not spray until the morning. They did give me a different room. The food was awful but this is typical of all inclusive. The drinks were good with the bartender being generous with the pour of alcohol. Beach side service was good, food just wasn’t alcoholic was decent though. I might stay again for the view but would not get the all inclusive package was not worth it. I ate off resort for every meal other than breakfast. Breakfast was the best meal due to omelette station but no bacon or any other protein was available.

Cet un Hôtel qui a tous pour être bien, Mais en théorie. Le personnel à l'accueil reste courtois et présentable. A la plage le maitre nageur est très sympathique et au bar de nuit une personne au nom de Tony reste +/- courtoise et gentil. Mais l'ambiance est clairement anxiogène et la nourriture est juste horrible. Cet hôtel vaut vraiment un 3 étoiles pas +. Au prix payé je sens que je me suis fais arnaquer

It is an older, smaller, boutique hotel. But all employees and management team put a lot of effort every day to correct, update, paint, touch up and keep the hotel very clean and running well and efficiently. Every employee is polite, professional, friendly, helpful. The food is very delicious and fresh. We had a wonderful, comfortable and relaxing stay. The ONLY problem as that we could not get in the sea because the waves were huge and not safe to swim - NOT the fault of the hotel or any one
