Although we have put a “do not disturb” tag outside, someone still go into our room when we are out ! Feel very unsecured Towel is not very clean, and no hair conditioner provided Good thing is it is very close to the metro station

Hotel was in a great location, staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Amazing view of Eiffel Tower. room. Issues with drains meant bad smells coming from shower

Comfortable accommodation. No lift to the first floor and a tight spiral staircase. The light only came on when you started walking up the stairs, quite tight with suitcases. Staff didn't offer to help sadly.

we had to leave our key but there is front desk service 24/7. small, tight boutique hotel but not worth the price. It has a "view" of the Eiffel Tower which was not much of a view at all. Will definitely book something different if I ever return to Paris. I felt like I could have stayed in a hotel much closer with a better "view" and a little taken advantage of on the price as a tourist. Not even Breakfast was included and the price was equal to staying at the Ritz on the water in Miami.

Machine a café en panne le matin, pas vraiment d'excuse ou de solution alternative proposée par l'hôtel et encore moins de dédommagement. On s'attend à mieux pour un petit déjeuner facturé plus de 20€!

Clean and Centrally located

Rooms were small like all rooms in France, but it was very clean, great staff, spoke English and French, great location to Eiffel Tower and Metro right there to ride to Louvre. Perfect for us

Cuidado !!!!!!! Te exigen un depósito de 100 € que dicen te regresarán cuando efectúes el check out, Dejamos la habitación en perfectas condiciones y nunca nos regresaron el depósito

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, bin um 23 Uhr erst angereist und wurde nett empfangen. Zimmer war zwar klein, aber das ist vielleicht das einzige wo man meckern kann. Frühstück ist gut gewesen und zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, Eiffelturm und Metro sehr nah. Und natürlich der Blick aus dem Fenster , der leuchtener Eiffelturm!!! 5 Sterne dafür!
