Hotels.com canceled one of the 2 rooms I booked for no reason. We had to pay a higher price for the second room upon arrival. Not the hotel's fault, but reception didn't care and didn't try to work with us on this even though it was not our fault.
There is a nightclub around the corner and it's insanely loud in all the rooms at night. Again, not the hotel's fault, but if you want a good night's sleep, you won't get one here.
Small bits of hair on the bathroom floor. Only one towel. Not sparkling clean, but not the worst I've seen.
We were trying to figure out how to get somewhere and were asking the receptionist what to enter into the uber app. After a few days, it occurred to me to ask if they could take us there in their courtesy shuttle, which they did. We had been taking cabs and uber everywhere, and they didn't even bother to tell us that they had a complimentary shuttle service.
There are other City Expresses around TJ with MUUUUCH better service. Go to one of the other ones.
