Heerlijk verblijf gehad met ons gezin. Mooi resort. Rustig gelegen maar het drukkere dorpje loop je ook zo naartoe. Goed ontbijt. De BBQ avond met live muziek is een aanrader. Mooi zwembad. Strand is vlakbij.

Foi uma ótima estadia! O hotel é bem localizado, com serviços e cadeiras na praia, os quartos são bons e pegamos um dia de all inclusive, valeu super a pena!

L'endroit est tout simplement des plus reposant et calme. Un peu plus éloigné du centre-ville de Holbox donc procurant une quiétude assurée de même que de très bons lits de plage en quantité suffisante bien que l'hôtel ne semblait pas à pleine capacité. Nous avons également pris deux dîners ainsi qu'un buffet du soir et la nourriture était bonne. Beaucoup de personnel sur place et un entretien constant impeccable. Je recommande cet hôtel assurément et je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner.

Antonio and his staff were wonderful. Very supportive and helpful. An easy walk from downtown, on a glorious white sandy beach. Very quiet and safe, isolated relative to big events. Not for the party hard crowd. No cars, only dune buggy/jeep cross type vehicles. Food was excellent and varied. Don't miss BBQ night

El servicio fue excelente, para el trasporte del aeropuerto al hotel el señor José de recepción nos consiguió un transporte aeropuerto a ferry de Chiquilá, Chiquilá a Holbox y taxi de la llegada de Holbox al hotel, por 5,800 pesos, un regalo en el aeropuerto los taxis cobraban 9,000 tal solo del aeropuerto a Chiquilá y con relación a costo calidad es muy bueno, lo recomindo.

This is a beautiful and clean property! You could go barefoot and the sand was amazing! The lobby was peaceful. Lots of places to lounge and be with nature, read a book or have conversations. The ocean was fantastic, they offer cocktail and food service on the beach. The food was fresh and delicious, lots of variety daily.

The regular people working at the hotel were great. The front desk “Manager” lied to me repeatedly over the whole week saying that refunding our extra adult room charge of $750 US dollars was still being processed through Expedia. As soon as we left the property they denying to refund the extra adult fee even though we prepaid for the hotel months ago and told them twice last month that the extra person would not be there. WHAT A SCAM. We’ll definitely stay away from HM hotels in the future.

We had a lovely 4 nights stay in the hotel. Attentive staff, peaceful location, very clean facilities. With all inclusive stay we didn’t go anywhere else and enjoyed high quality food and drinks in the hotel. You’ll be in love with Holbox after staying at HM Palapas!

We loved our stay here. The property is in a great location if you are looking to have a quiet relaxing stay on the island. It is walkable to town and many restaurants but not in the loud mix. The vibe is beachy bohemian. It is not a fancy place but very nice and relaxing. no need for fancy shoes, everything Is sand on the island. We visited other hotels while there and would return to this one or Aldea Kuka which is a bit more expensive. We did the "all inclusive " which isn't everything all the time but found that everything we enjoyed was included. We had lunch daily on the beach and it was delicious fresh guacamole and sea bass ceviche, tequila drinks, beer, Pina coladas all included. Breakfast buffet was good, they did have made to order omelettes and such if you are not a fan of buffet style eating like myself. Fresh fruits, juices, ect... Beto was our server on the beach and was awesome, kind friendly fast service. He anticipated what we would ask for and be ready to bring it. Dinners are mostly buffet style themed nights. But they didi offer made to order options. We went out to eat at different places some nights, and would recommend doing that even with all inclusive having breakfast and lunch included saved us plenty of money. Every meal we had on the island was great, seriously! The room was comfortable and we had a little private pool which we enjoyed. A little towel stingy, had to ask for towels but they would bring them right away. Highly recommend, we will b

I would absolutely go back to this island & resort! Unfortunately it rained which was a muddy mess BUT had that not happened might of been one of the coolest places I’ve visited. Beach is beautiful, little pool outside your in (kinda cold not heated) easy walk to mini mart, food, beach bars & town. Its a really cute place and the staff were great. 5 nights seemed like a good amount of time before you run out of activities. But def worth the 3 hours of travel after the plane ride. If you’re a normal easy going person you will enjoy this immensely. Does get pretty quiet pretty early not a late party place the whole island in general. We were definitely told to shut up by another guest😂 but the staff were great. Even security was nice about us being loud till midnight one night. Food was great! 10/10 for sure.

We stayed at this hotel for five days, and in my opinion, it is excellent—the location, the service, the staff, the attention, the kindness, etc. Thanks to all the hotel staff; our stay at this place was amazing. We would return without a second thought, and I highly recommend it.
