Huone oli epäsiisti, nikotiinipussi liimattuna seinään tullessamme huoneeseen. Lasten sänkyä ei oltu tuotu huoneeseen valmiiksi ja kun se tuotiin, ei ollut lakanoita ja peittoa vauvalle.

Nice hotel but only access to the airport is by the extortionate Hoppa bus which charges £5 to go half a mile. Only paid £6 to London from Sheffield on the Flix bus 168 miles!!!!!!!!

Personne au comptoir, une fois qu'elle ns a acceuillies, elle avait deja l'air blasée. aucune infos, jai demandé pour le shuttle et elle m'a donne une feuille. repondre aux questions, (reserver shuttle? paiement directement ds le bus?) lui semblait penible. Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas et les lits ne sont vrm pas confortables.

When we first arrived, the first room we were given wasn't cleaned well, so we were moved to another room 2 floors up. That one was clean, the only issue we were having is that we had no way to turn on the airconditioning and were too tired to go and ask at the reception for the night. So when you go into this hotel, you'll be greeted by polite and professional reception staff. You'll definitely enjoy your night here as the room's pretty spacious. Going downstairs to their restaurant we enjoyed the pizza & pepsi we ordered which was decently priced.

booked into an occupied room (eventually this came out), dealt with by checking my booking-denial of my booking, Expedia chat helped out- Expedia rang, sent to same occupied room, another room found after I mentioned I was flying to Australia the next day and I was upgraded. A bit of an unnecessary run around. I think the hotel was overbooked for the type of booking, I was willing t0 pay to be upgraded but the reception staff just said they were booked out, a manager was more helpful and the phone call from Expedia helped.

Couldnt open windows so no ventilation after showering which then caused my partner to have an asthma attack, the shower was very low pressure and water temperature was poor. The room was very clean.
