Big hotel close to the Mosque II. Rooms were spacious, breakfast buffet available, bathroom needed maintenance as did the curtains but generally very comfortable with good housekeeping staff. The kitchenette was deficit in equipment which made the utilisation void. Make sure to go to the mosque early as 'bus-loads' of tourist turn up soon after 9:30am - first tour begins at 9. The tour is well worth taking.

Great location, comfortable for short stay

We checked in during a very busy time unfortunately as a large tour group had just arrived. We had two rooms and only one was ready but they said they would call when the other one was but never did. Breakfast was included but same thing, because of the large tour group, there was limited seating and they couldn't keep up with the food selection/provision for the amount of guests there were. Staff were not the friendliness or in any hurry to provide service. Otherwise, the hotel is in an amazing location to the mosque and parking is included which is nice if you have a car.

The staff were wonderful! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant was a limited menu but tasty, as well as the breakfast and prices were good. The mosque is very close so call to prayer is heard in the hotel, which didnt bother us but may bother some people. The building itself and the room were so-so.

Rooms are huge, and very comfortable. Had really good sleep. Balconies are good. Great location just by the Hassan II mosque. Staff at reception were friendly. Breakfast was good selection. Have underground car parking at the hotel

Is a old hotel, with in a good condition, mantained regularly, bathroom small but the shower very small I'm shure a bigger people cannot take a shower on that shower. outside is in a beautifull place in the best part of the city

Client service were great. They are very friendly and always available to help you. My ropm eas vey clean, and well decorated. I only have to complain about the water pressure in the shower. I read reviews about, and I thought it was not that bad… but it is bad, specially if you want to take a hot shower you will get only some drops of water.

Strange Sound in Room

Strange squeaky sound heard throughout, even at night, affecting sleep. Otherwise, the room is spacious, have a good view of the mosque, it is still a good stay.

The property was not 4 star standard at all. At best it was 2 star and that is only because of the location. Rooms were worn down. Bathroom/shower were similar to an RV. Towels were old, torn,and dirty. Just horrible!

Rather noisy. Sometimes, they forget the towels & and the toilet paper. If something is missing at the breakfast buffet, they don‘t see it; you have to tell them.
