Worthy price for the room and facilities
Pros: With small fridge and an electric stove so that you can cook. Or you can use the microwave in the room to reheat meal. Location is convenient. Situated between two underground stations. Personally I prefer walking to Bayswater station which you only walk down a stair instead of taking lift and walking down many stairs in Queensway station. Good heat insulation. Cons: Poor sound-proofing. You can hear people chatting or watching tv in the room. Some even play their music so loudly in the room at midnight. Cleaning services are provided once a week if you request and stay for more than a week. Or you can throw away your trash to the public trash bin located every floor.

房間隔音設備十分差，每次其他人開門都聽得十分清楚，床又會搖搖欲墜，坐上去又會發出搖晃的聲音，晚上樓下會有嘈雜聲。不過附近是十分方便，有很多商店，中式商店也有，房間又可以煮野食，其實十分方便。如果介意噪音就不要選擇了!

這次我們是訂高級雙人房，ㄧ開始飯店人員給我們ㄧ間室內非常多階梯的房間，非常不適合帶寶寶的我們，而且房間非常髒，地上全部都是餅乾屑和薯條，經我們反應後，立即換房給我們。房間乾淨，空間大小適中，唯獨床墊有點傾斜了，這次是住7天六夜，但客房清潔是ㄧ週才有ㄧ次，略顯不足，大約三天垃圾桶就滿了，必需自己去街道上找地方倒，不太方便。

這次入住的是三人房型，房間乾淨而寬敞，打掃人員也非常親切有禮，唯獨浴室偏小，浴室的暖氣似乎壞掉，但以這個價格來說cp值高，而且離地鐵公車都非常近，生活機能好

這次旅程總共住了三種房型，ㄧ開始是住標準雙人房，空間非常小，行李箱幾乎是無法打開的！週邊環境非常方便，有超市有中國餐館，離地鐵也非常近！寄放行李需要五鎊，價格有點高

I just can mention it is OK for lower price.
For honest, I feel disappointed of the apartment. Although I had been upgraded to the highest floor, a special room (I guess). But the mattress is terrible. You don't want sleep on it for your whole trip. But fortunately I booked 2 hotel in my London trip. Not really suggest you to book it if you need to pay more than 900 for one night. There are so many choices for that range.

Felt like a hostel
The room was on basement level next to bins horible view. The cupboard was unfuncional coudnt use the draw. The room needed a bit of tlc as the walls were cracked and radiator was chipped. Bathroom was dirty the was poo marks on tve floor. Bed was to sort for my liking and only got given 1 pillow that sunk in the bed. However the kitchen was functional for the days we were there and the radiators wen they worked were a treat in the cold nights Also the bedding was beutiful and clean. However the service was ok

Da vi ankom havde receptionisten mere travlt med at snakke privat i telefon. Værelset var i kælderen man kunne hører undergrundsbanen hele tiden. Toge der kørte under en. Der var mug og skimmelsvamp flere steder. Sengene var forfærdelige, man kun mærke og hører fjernere i springmadrassen hver gang man vente sig i sengen. Der var en redning af seng mens vi var der i to overnatning. Bruseniche var meget lille. Det positive var placering det var centralt i zone 1 samt rene håndklæder.

My room looked nothing like the photos on the property website. It was absolutely filthy and I didn’t want to touch anything. When I sat on the bed, the mattress felt about 2 inches thick and I could feel the railings underneath. I didn’t get a decent night sleep any of the three nights. Was extremely dirty and I did not even want to use any of the appliances. I laid towels down in the bathroom as I didn’t want to touch the floor. I tried not to use the toilet while I was there either. It was disgusting.
