Stay was terrible. Its my worse experience at any Marriott ever . I was told check in was at 4pm when i got there at 3.30pm and was awaiting my time they said the room wont be ready until after 4pm due to Short staff with housecleaning staff. The room was available at 4.45pm an when front desk contacted house cleaning they were shouting "wth whenever we are finished we will let you know. "
The heat in room 312 wasnt working . We were suppose to pay for parking 😒. Seriously paid parking at a hotel we already paid for ?
I am definitely going to cooperate for this stay . Not to mention everything on the website when booking was a lie . We couldnt see the falls an clearly it said fall view . We also booked with breakfast. At the hotel they said we had to pay for breakfast .
One morning at breakfast . I was handed my food , had to locate straws, napkins & cutlery myself .
I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone . An we flew from the carribbean .
If it was my way i would totally demand a refund ..
