You gotta stay here!
This is a beautiful hotel in downtown Ponta Delgada with easy access for walking the shops and marina. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The family room is particularly wonderful for bigger groups.

Overall great stay. Great location convenient to exploring the island. Wish the staff had been a little more accommodating to the special occasion we were celebrating. Cocktails at the whale watching bar were excellent. Breakfast each morning was perfect to start the day. Room was spacious and clean.

Octant is the perfect location in Sao Miguel for driving to see the sights or just walking downtown for lunch or dinner. The rooms have great views, restaurant is great and bar on 7th floor open with food until 11pm. Staff is excellent!

No esperaba que fuera un 5 estrellas como tal, pero si lo es, la atención por parte del personal de 10, amabilidad y dispinibilidad en todo momento, la habitación fabulosa, super comoda y limpia, las vistas lo mejor..planta 7. This hotel was one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in and was just what I needed. I stayed in a suite and was on the top floor. The views were wonderful from the living area and also the bedroom. Opening the curtains in the morning and seeing the water was breathtaking. I loved the yoga mat and exercise equipment in the room which I used and appreciated the inclusion of the minibar that was replenished daily. The bathroom was huge with well stocked amenities, the only thing I’d say is there are no hooks apart from in the toilet, so when having a shower there’s nowhere you can hang a towel to easily grab it after. Breakfast was ok, good selection of hot and cold options. I also had dinner at the restaurant one night and a drink in the rooftop bar, both were quite average. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, the person who checked me in and out was so helpful and through having passing conversations with the staff they suggested activities for me to do around the town, which I loved. The porter from Brazil was also very helpful and friendly. Every member of staff I interacted with was a shining example of attentive but not overbearing service. Thanks for a memorable experience!

Beautiful hotel, great location. Walking distance to downtown area. Staff and service is impeccable. Breakfast buffet is not to be missed. Spa services>>Shoutout to Andre for a really good massage. He was so attentive and very helpful. One of the best massage sessions I’ve ever had. Thank you Andre. I’d stay at this hotel again and again.
