Convenient location. For anything that requires staff input, it does not match 4-star rating. (1) no money exchange service. arrived on Sat so had to wait for 2 days for banks / post offices to open on Mon. (2) used towels not removed from room. (3) face towels not replaced after 1st cleaning. Asked guest services and front desk 3 times in following 2 days, then were told face towels are stocked at cleaner's trolley not at housekeeping. So next morning I grabbed face towels from the cleaner's trolley directly. (4) tried 2 days / 3 times before being able to book transportation to airport. Front Desk doesn't know if hotel has this service; night shift concierge didn't know either; need to check btw 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. but to be safe, at 7:30 a.m. when day time Concierge is available. (5) Concierge estimated 40-45 min to airport as my starting time was non rush hour. it took 1.5 hrs. (6) executive suite supposed to open all day and snacks/drinks offered btw 6-8 p.m, but it opened sometimes 5-7 p.m., 6-7 pm, 6:30 - 8 p.m., all changes without prior notice. Executive suite is not a "surplus at will". Executive rooms are more expensive than standard rooms. Access to executive suite is included in the price.
