There is no elevator for this hotel. Be aware if you bring the large lagageBut there is a kitchen inside the hotel room. You can cook your dinner instead of eating in the experience restaurants in Norway. Overall, it is a convenient and tidy place to stay.

Lived in this hotel twice
Lived in this hotel twice, one on 4th floor and another on 5th. 4th floor room more spacious and comfy. Lift only up to 4th floor but the walk to 5th floor is bearable. Self check in is easy as they will send u email beforehand. Hate the stupid thing (see photo) in the 5th floor room kitchen which keeps beeping every 10min. I switched on the cooking lamps for a while and the beeping sound gone. Very annoying if u need a quiet sleep. Shower OK. Good thing is to have a microwave oven

還可以住的酒店
距離魚市場很近, 海鮮買走平, 廚房有設備, 但煎PAN用不到因不是FOR電磁爐,另有煲, 本來是住3/F,後來收到EMAIL住5/F, 因LIFT只到4/F要上一層樓梯, 拖行李很慘...訂HOTELS.COM時有寫早餐, 但其實冇, 又要多用$了...

飯店電梯只到四樓，若是住五樓需要扛著行李箱再爬一層樓。越晚熱水越不熱，房間有附廚房但沒有鍋具。因為是自助check in和check out，所以櫃台不會有員工，如果是以信用卡預訂房間，退房後飯店會自動扣款，因此退房時只要將房卡放回專屬盒子中即可離開，不用擔心尚未付款的問題。 離火車站、港口、魚市場都挺近的，點位不錯。

Its a SELF SERVICE Hotel
Hotels in Norway are expensive. The price may be well over 100 euro per night per room during peak season. The hotels in the suburb are much cheaper but you need to take public transport, it is time consuming and expensive. So if you are just stay for 1 or 2 nights, try to stay in the centre if you can. Bergen Budget Hotel is fairly new, their room is like a mini apartment with cooker, microwave and refrigerator. But this hotel has no attendants, "EVERYTHING " is self service, include check in. So if you have questions want to ask, tough luck to you. The big plus of this 2 stars hotel is the location, its walkable to train station and the Harbour, and many restaurants and supermarket nearby, wifi works beautifully. Their prices change constantly, my rate is 60-70 Euro per night, so its not too bad

Value for the money
It's self-service Hotel, so easy to check-in and out. Good location, 10 mins to Fish market and Bryggen. There is no luggage storage service if you will reach the hotel earlier.

Veldig bra budsjett hotell midt i byen
Helt ok hotell. Trappehuset lukter røyk. Men rommene er rene og lukter godt. Det er hybel kjøkken på rommet. Noen av rommene har tv. Kan være litt støy fra puben i første etasje. Jeg bruker ofte dette hotellet. Det er billig, sentralt og har koke muligher.
