Our room was fine, a bit dark and furniture dated, slight shredding of fabric on the chairs. First dat they did not clean the room which was a bit of a surprise. Atrium where breakfast was served was surprisingly quiet. I expected the noise to travel to all the rooms facing it, but it didn't. Overall a quiet hotel. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, toast, bagels, cereal, canned fruit, banana, orange, coffee and tea. Being gluten intolerant, I could only stomach the fresh fruit. As there was a heat wave during our visit, the pool was a welcome addition. Not sure how clean it was by the end of the day when half the hotel had been swimming it but enjoyable none the less. The bus 800/801 stops just down the street and is a 20 minute ride to the old part of Quebec City making it an easy and convenient commute. There is a great all you can eat sushi buffet next door to the hotel; Shogun.
Overall our stay was enjoyable and I recommend it.
