The location is good
The location is good and very convenient. Staffs are nice, they introduced Portor to us once we arrived. Everything is good before we get our room. When we came back to the hotel and get the room( because we arrived earlier than the check in time). The staff provided us a room in the ground floor and next to the store room. The room without any view and the air- conditioner was super cold!!! I think everything would be good if u were not provided with the ground floor room.

Two nights in a single room
Wonderful service at the front desk! The location is good... except it's on a BUSY / LOUD street next to a very loud tunnel. Beware if your room faces the street... bring a sound machine. Also... not a plush or comfortable mattress. Finally... as expected for Europe... my room was extremely small and tight... though the shower was decent sized. Overall... good location, GREAT service... but beware of the "noise"!

The Editory
Good location, accessible to taxi/Uber. Close to main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was big, clean, and comfortable with a balcony offering an amazing view of the Don Luis Bridge. Housekeeping personnel were friendly and provided great customer service.

Till slut blev det bra
Vi behövde byta rum direkt, då det var kallt ( problem med aircon), samt mögellukt i rummet. Dessutom inget varmvatten. Hotellet vägrade och hävdade det var fullbelagt. Men det stämmer inte, då motsvarande rum (superior för 3-pers) fanns på hotels för uthyrning. Vi tillbringade en natt i rummet med 2 st värmefläktar som de satte in. Det tog dock inte bort mögelllukten. Vi fick nej nästa dag igen för byte, vilket gjorde mig otroligt frustrerad och ledsen. Då äntligen fick vi ett nytt rum. Dessutom med utsikt som de annars inte hävdade fanns. Det är mycket jobbigt när de inte vill lyssna på mig.

I had higher expectations for this stay. We only stayed one night, but the AC was set on high the entire night outside of our control. The room condition was underwhelming considering the price we paid. It seems a bit outdated. Location is perfect but there are less expensive options in this area.

Lovely hotel in an amazing position. We were there for two days and managed to walk to a lot of major sites in Porto. The staff were friendly and really informative and the room was ultra clean with everything that you need. The only issue was the noise from the road, obviously our of the hotels control.
