Hotel building is aged but staff did great job keeping it clean but next blocks sewers smell awful.
A bit of language barrier but figured things out for what we needed. Great breakfast items served daily.
The thin young man with glasses at front desk was great, speaking English well and friendly absolutely adding extra comfort.

A/C: Individual A/C in each guest room instead of central system. You have better temperature & air flow control. Room cleaning service is good and in timely manner. Staffs are very professional and willing to help. Near the Train station & MRT.
