Our family had a great experience there as the staffs are really helpful、friendly and hospitality. The location is close to most of famouse sight spot, walking distance with 10 minute. The hotel not only provide breakfast but also provide a free lunch which you could choose time between 12PM to 6PM which is really cool. The rooms are spacious and hygienic. In a word, we definately think it worth the money and best choice in Istanbul. Thanks a lot to every staff at Neorion. We appreciate your help. :)

Everything is great!

第一次住到這麼棒的飯店，尤其是服務，簡直超越五星級水準! 房間十分乾淨且備品該有都有，連土耳其軟糖都有! 地下室的泳池跟頂樓美景也不該錯過! 早餐跟點心也是好吃極了。下次來伊斯坦堡絕對會再回來!!!

From the second we arrived, with the welcome by the front desk staff, to the second we left, with help with tranport to airport, super experience here. All staff exceptional, friendly, helpful, room was spotlessly clean, with lots of space. My wife made use of the excellent spa, rooftop restaurant is wonderful. Great time staying here!

مرحبا اخدنا غرفه في الطابق السادس كنا ثلاث اشخاص الغرفه صغيره والاثاث قديم يحتاج الى تجديد الحمام صغير المغسله كانت دائما فيها مشكله ب النظافه جيده جدا الخدمات ممتازه والموقع جيد جدا التراس الموضوع في الصوره كان فقط للحجز مع الدفع الفطور حيد جدا الفندق اجمالا جيد ولكن يحتاج الى التحديث الموظفين جيدون وسريعين الخدماه

Great location access to many transportations, famous landmarks & food spots Lovely friendly and helpful staff who were always welcoming! Rooms are clean with good enough space. The constant supply of delicious turkish delights & tea was great. Also the turkish bath was such a nice relaxing treat at the end of each day after lots of walking! It would have been amazing if breakfast was served up in the terrace with the amazing view. Thank you

We were really pleased with our stay at the Neorion hotel. Great location, walking distance to everything you might need. The staff was incredible, really welcoming and helpful. They helped us with bags, recommended cafes nearby, allowed us to check in a little earlier as our plane arrived early and there was an available room. The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable and everything you might need was avail. Thank you!!!

Godt hotel på central placering.

God placering til at udforske byen og med sporvognstop tæt på. Super personale, der startede indtjekning med at tilbyde noget at drikke. Et lille problem med bruseren blev fikset med det samme. Morgenmaden var gratis og løste opgaven (men vinder næppe nogle stjerner). Lækker tagterrasse delt med nabohotellet. God udsigt med drinks og mad.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff truly made the experience outstanding—special thanks to Mehmet, Farid, Jamal, and Meret. Their hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism were top-notch and made me feel very welcome. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The only downside was the breakfast—it could use some improvement in variety and quality. With a little more attention there, this place would easily deserve a full 5 stars. Overall, highly recommended for the amazing staff and comfortable stay!

Un véritable bijou au cœur d’Istanbul – expérience inoubliable au Neorion Hotel Nous avons séjourné plusieurs nuits au Neorion Hotel, et ce fut sans aucun doute l’un de nos meilleurs séjours hôteliers, toutes destinations confondues. Dès l’arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par une équipe souriante, attentionnée et d’un professionnalisme irréprochable. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : toujours disponible, discret mais à l’écoute, avec une véritable volonté de rendre le séjour inoubliable. L’emplacement est idéal : à quelques minutes à pied des sites emblématiques comme Sainte-Sophie, la Mosquée Bleue, le Palais de Topkapi et le Grand Bazar. Malgré cette proximité avec les lieux touristiques, l’hôtel reste calme et reposant, un véritable havre de paix au cœur de la ville. La chambre était très confortable, parfaitement propre et décorée avec goût dans un style ottoman chic. Literie excellente, salle de bain impeccable, et tous les petits détails pensés pour le confort du voyageur. Mention spéciale au buffet du petit-déjeuner : un vrai festin ! The hotel is 10/10 for staff service and friendliness. Everyone was so warm and welcome and helpful . The hotel is in a very convenient location to access all sites and ferry. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here when I come back .

We’ve stayed at this hotel more than five times, and the main reason we continue to return is the outstanding service from the staff. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every team member we’ve encountered has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere is welcoming. However, if there’s one area that could use improvement, it’s the breakfast selection. While it’s appreciated, the variety and quality could be enhanced to match the overall standard of the hotel. Despite this, the incredible service truly sets this place apart. We always feel at home here, and that’s entirely thanks to the dedicated and friendly staff. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!
