Helpful staff at front desk and one of them can speak some Chinese. Although my booking was a standard room, they upgraded my room to a luxury one. However, the condition of the outside lane to Hotel is very bad, it was always muddy during my four days staying there.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities including my room and bathroom were quite clean. The location was excellent for shopping. I enjoyed my stay at Kasthamandap Boutique Hotel. The price was great for the location and felt I got value for my money. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and had good variety during my 10 day stay. Manager was very willing to help coordinate any tourist activities you would like. Would definitely come back and stay again.

My new go-to place in Kathmandu

Property is located in a quiet section of Thamel. Rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. It has a very nice rooftop terrace to relax. However, the best part of this hotel is the amazing staff! Prabin, the hotel manager, made me feel right at home. He took care of all my transportation arrangements within the area and to the airport at very fair prices. Prabin and his staff are very knowledeable about anything and everything you would want to know about your visit to Kathmandu. They even offered me cold medicine and lemon honey tea when I came down with a cold for two days during my stay! These guys are tge best! Will stay here again
