It was ok for the amount, the bed needs to be changed though, the middle is sagging. The tub needs a plug to keep the water if you want to use the tub

Overall is ok … just convenience location to where we need it for one night. BUT, as I dropping my stuff away from second floor to my car downstairs; an older woman (assuming management) asked if I check out, i said yes. Then she said “give me the key” I replied “I’m not done yet” And it’s 9am which I still have my stay until 11am. I walked away to get my stuff upstairs she said again “give me the keys” Then I said “I’m not done yet! Am I being kick out?!” I walked away to finish then left. That was rude and unnecessary!! And I went to office to tell the front desk and an older guy same thing; “drop the key there “ I was gonna give 4 star but I’m leaving 1 star because of her and the older guy at front desk. They’re RUDE and will it recommend this place because of their SUPER LACK customer service !!

This hotel is small and dated on the outside, BUT, the rooms were clean and updated. Sam, the manager, couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. He gave us tips on things to do abd a great place within walking distance to eat.it was more than satisfactory for our overnight stay before we cruised out of Long Beach.

The room looks like it was newly updated. AC works great. Quiet street. The bed is really comfortable. The room is very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This place is a little hidden gem! We needed a hotel for 1 night before our cruise and this was it! Very well maintained, rooms have recently been renovated and are like new, including the washrooms. 2 double beds, fridge, microwave and a new Keurig coffee maker in the room. Bed are very comfortable and mattresses are new, same as pillows. Parking lot is freshly painted, outside area is nicely decorated. Front desk staff is very professional and friendly. Beyond helpful as we arrived and needed to go eat something. He gave us a map of Downtown San Pedro which is within walking distance, many families were out there with kids and dogs. Seemed safe. There is a grocery store around the corner too and a pharmacy (RiteAid) within 8 min walking. I do recommend this place and would come back!!

Basic accommodations, but a comfortable stay in old San Pedro. A block down is San Pedro Cafe, a dynamite place for breakfast.

An older motel, but electric and painting, etc updated. Staff very personable and helpful. Convenient to San Pedro to Avalon ferry and cruise ships ($11 taxi or about $17 Lyft). Beds firm. Pillows too firm for my taste. Overall a good experience. Could use more bathroom shelf space and needs lamps with USB ports at desk and beds.

Our Guest Harbor Inn stay was exceptional…Sam was extremely helpful with assisting us with our luggage, recommending restaurants and helping with getting a ride to the Port …our newly renovated room was beautiful, and extremely clean…highly recommend this Inn and we will be back again in December for our next cruise….
