Decrepit and dirty. Stained sheets, sagging upholstery. My husband slept clothed on top of the bedding - to grossed out to use the bedding. Most outlets don't work. Light fixtures filthy and torn. Bathroom grout brown and cruddy. Note also that this hotel is no longer owned by OYO franchise and does not honor Hotels.com bookings! Had to pay again and then ask Hotels.com for a refund.

No longer Oyo, so did not honor my pre-payment. Gave me a number to call (no answer). Had to pay again and dispute the original charge. Lost my hotel.com discount. Facility needs quite a bit of love. Had cereal for breakfast but had to ask for milk.

Not sure who to fault here, but I was horribly disappointed and while seeking recourse I was insulted, inconvenienced and disrespected almost to the point of tears 😭. As a disabled vet, I know my limits and make provisions for myself. After a taxing day, and an hour drive with young children accompanying me I arrive only to be told my booking cannot be honoured. The clerk said the place had been sold and was not OYO as listed on the website and building. Of course I called Hotels, who I booked through and got a rude man with a strong accent that was hard to understand. He spoke with the clerk and made attempts to verify but the calls never went through. My children were in the car in varied states of consciousness and I repeatedly checked on them 43min, the clerk came back and I was relieved- but he just hung up in my face. I called back and explained the situation again, was kept on hold over 20min and hung up on AGAIN after nasty language by the clerk. I am burning up and almost in tears and my children are upset and needing bathroom breaks. The clerk at the hotel that WAS OYO offered to book a room for me only if mine was cancelled through the site. Hotels.com refused to release me and I was so frustrated and started to twitch from my medical conditions. Of course I called them once again, and this staff person was appalled and sent me to an agent to transferred my booking to the hotel across the street and gave me $75 credit one key cash. I was so thankful

The room was not clean. The floor had not been swept. That was all baby bottle left there. The walls were filthy. It was disgusting. There were stains on the floor. They gave me a new room the same thing I didn’t say anything to the guy at the front desk, I just went to another hotel

Mohammad was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean but falling apart.

Door handle to bathroom was falling apart.

Bathtub/shower drain was rusty tub had bugs in it.

We just slept here, arrived late, left early. The young man behind the desk, Mohammad, was very accommodating, nice & friendly. The room is nice and big, long desk, love seat, vanity area, nice tub. However, there was an odor in the room. Most likely old cigarette smoke. Speaking of gross, there was 1 really gross thing. The fridge was a good size & was clean, but the little freezer area was YUCK. It looked like someone froze a coke and it busted. Probably just an over sight of the cleaning staff. Will definitely mention that upon check out. Also, the towels are very thin. All in all though, the room was very comfortable, the bed slept great and it was a pleasant stay.

Caution stay away! Online photos are not recent!

OYO Hotel Brownsville TN I-40 is in terrible shape as a place to stay. The woman who greeted me was nice no problem with her personally. I booked my room online & when i got there it wasn't available because they sold it. There's roaches & bugs. The smoke alarms beep continously I'm guessing the batteries are dying in the bedroom. The bathroom smoke alarms are ripped off the walls. There's holes in the ceiling, mold & mildew growing in the rooms. The air is damp & mattresses are dirty. The pipes in the showers are loose & not secured. The tables & microwave is sticky. I have alot more to say & pictures but im running out of characters.
