A different castle experience

The slowest check-in experience- in spite of pre-booked rooms. Clean and spacious room - but do make sure to get a room on the other side of the highway - or bring earplugs. Cool place in all meanings. Beautiful garden area and well maintained garden.

Ao chegar no hotel castelo de itaipava, fomos direcionados para o quarto 402 e qd entramos, não gostamos do quarto, pois o mesmo possui um buraco no banheiro que fica aberto para rua, o ar condicionado estava com a paleta quebrada, a cama qd vc sentava afundava, muito barulho e etc., descemos na mesma hora na recepção e informamos ao atendente e cancelamos a reserva.

Fiquei 1 dia, gostei da estadia, mas não achei que valeu o custo beneficio. O legal do hotel é que é temåtico, tirando isso é meio normal. O café da manhã tinha opçÔes, mas achei tudo um pouco sem gosto. Estava comemorando aniversårio de casamento e disseram que iriam fazer uma decoração diferenciada, chegamos e não tinha nada.

Lençóis manchados, paredes sujas e porta lascada. A cortina era transparente, sem blackout. O chuveiro mal esquentava e nĂŁo havia ĂĄgua quente na torneira — desapontante para um hotel em regiĂŁo fria, com temperatura em torno de 14 °C. A iluminação do quarto era pĂ©ssima, me hospedei no hotel para o casamento de uma amiga e precisei terminar a maquiagem no espelho do elevador. Local barulhento sem qualquer isolamento acĂșstico entre os quartos. Quanto Ă  comida, pior impossĂ­vel. O restaurante Solar do Castelo nĂŁo conseguiu acertar nem um misto quente: pĂŁo velho e engordurado, presunto ressecado e sem queijo. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ tambĂ©m foi desastroso — ovo seco, pĂŁo velho novamente e bolos intragĂĄveis. Contratei duas diĂĄrias e sĂł arrisquei o cafĂ© no primeiro dia, pois nĂŁo me submeteria Ă quilo de novo. Em resumo, teria sido mais confortĂĄvel dormir no carro.

Estou gestante e fiquei por 35 min numa fila para fazer check in. Como estava sozinha nĂŁo pude nem sentar. Estava lotado e apenas 3 atendentes para afazer o check in que mesmo com o horĂĄrio dentro do check in pediam para aguardar. Tinha gente furando fila. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ tinha duas opçÔes de suco nĂŁo naturais, frios, 3 opçÔes de frutas, pĂŁes, bolos, ovos e salsicha, mas para um castelo, nĂŁo oferece o que outros hotĂ©is oferecem. No banheiro do meu quarto nĂŁo tinha janela com vidro, era um buraco aberto, muito frio a noite , tive que pendurar uma toalha. O castelo Ă© bem feito e limpo, bonito. PorĂ©m deixou a desejar nesses quesitos. Do quarto dava para ouvir tudo da estrada, nĂŁo era silencioso, a noite inteira vocĂȘ acorda com barulho de carro ou caminhĂŁo.
