The hotel enjoys a prime location, basically if u are a walker, u can walk anywhere. However durinf our second night at the hotel, the supply of hot water at the shower was stopped. It took the hotel 3 hours to fix it, during which their staff are of no help at all and we cant sleep until 2 am (as we cant take shower and their technician has to come in and our of our room to access the shower). In addition, although the breakfast is quite nice and they serve a variety of food options, we noticed the staff who helped there, though wearing gloves, touched the food by his hand but at the same time using the same gloves to clean the tables. The sanition level is somewhat worrying.

I helped my parents to book this hotel. Location is fantastic. Personnel was super nice to my parents and they were very satisfied on the warm welcoming service from the hotel. Bar is freely consumed. Breakfast is great. I personally have been to BCN once and got a bad experience in other hotels. So everything is super positive here and highly recommend.
