Good neighborhood, a bit of noise from the street. The apartment is nice but should be better maintained: mold in bathroom ceiling, saw 1 bug, entrance door makes a lot of noise, bathroom was still a bit dirty on arrival, the fridge is leaking, the kitchen was a bit dirty on arrival.

Als wir endlich den zuständigen Verwalter hatten, war die Kommunikation so unklar, daß ich spanischsprachige Assistenz brauchte. Nur durch die präsente Haushälterin bekamen wir Hilfe vor Ort. 👎👎unser Parkplatz wurde trotz Hinweisschild fremd belegt 👎Toilette defekt 👎Haustürschloß katastrophal unsicher 👎Badtür nicht schließbar 👎kein warmes Wasser 👎das Bad ist nur für Personen bis 1,70m geeignet 👎👎👎ständiger Baulärm

Star Olympus Hotel on Calle Hoare, Marimar, SJ PR

The owner Angel was very helpful in directing us to near by restaurants & beaches. However, for things that were missing in the efficiency rental. The owners answer was, "people steal everything." A small table in the kitchenette was wobbly. A plug in cook top to use, but hardly any utensils. There is a small refrigerator, and a small microwave. Ceiling lights were only light bulbs with no covering. TV channels were constantly buffering. The TV had Netflix. But was near impossible to watch anything due to the signal. Constantly buffering, even after unplugging and re-booting the system. Parking is extremely difficult. There is one spot in front just off the sidewalk. It's a first come first serve space. Personally I would not stay at this place ever again.

I had to call when I got there to get access to my room. They should remove "Parking" as an amenity as only 2 cars can be parked, and for the most part, there were always 2 cars there. I had to find parking on the street which was extremely difficult
