First room was a moldy room in the basement with neither electrical outlets nor connectivity. There were random bits of trash strewn around. After I complained, I was put in a better top floor room, except also with leftover towels from a previous guest in random places. Then, the day before I left, a sewage pipe appears to have burst on my floor, with what appeared to be feces-mixed water leaking down into a bucket that had been placed in the stairway below. This was not fixed, nor was it mentioned at all by the staff.

Room was okay unfortunately the hot water tap in the bathroom did not operate fully with a very low water flow (drips). As I was just there one night I got by. However in the morning whilst having a shower I heard a knock on the door and was told to stop as the water was leaking to the floor below. So not a very pleasant experience. Room was okay for price paid.

Could not get into hotel at first. Rooms smaller than pictured. Walls very thin. Noisy outside throughout the night. Bed lumpy. However, room was clean and most essentials were provided.

Ideal location as it’s so close to Euston station and plenty of cafes and convience stores nearby. The check-in and check-out process was fine and the staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. The room could have done with another clean though.

Can’t complain for the price really, but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the shower was angled awkwardly so had to hold it in a specific spot at all times. Water was also very hard to get to the right temp. Neighboring rooms were also very loud Decent stay overall but probably wouldn’t recommend for any more than one night

J'avais pas fait attention a la chambre en réservant mais nous n'avions pas de salle de bain privative, et une salle de bain commune.... ce qui est tres important pour nous donc nos nous en sommes passés car la seule salle de bain netait pas propre et exigue au possible. Autre chose, nous avions la lumiere du couloir qui traversait la porte toute la nuit ainsi que le bruit. Pour le prix non !

Not so good.

The room was very small, we have only two hangers and no space for storage. The bathroom was also small and the shower has no Curtains. When we showed up to check if was possible to check in earlier the attendant reply that he don’t know why we where there before the check in time. When we ask for help for a place to store the bags he didn’t even try to give us any information.

Trevlig personal men hotellet liknade mest de jag bodde på under 80-taket. Tiden har stått still. Ingen duschtvål eller schampo. Wifi trasigt men skulle komma under dagen eller en annan dag. Det kom aldrig. Bra omgivning. Lugnt men ändå nära till King's Cross och gångavstånd till Oxford street. Åt en jättegod frukost på en libanesisk restaurang.

Check-in was unhelpful and the main guy very unaccommodating with regards to an early check-in. Rooms in poor condition mould on mattress and no proper heating, no safety deposit box. No floor mats in shower room. Mouldy walls filthy.
