NYC trip
Nice hotel at a convenient location. Staff al very friendly. Only issue was room did not have a desk. apparently some rooms do, some don't. Problematical for business stay.

Magnificent hotel on Bryant Park
The staff at the Park Terrace Hotel is wonderfully welcoming, pleasant, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I flew in right at the start of the Corona Virus panic, and ultimately had to cut my trip short. WIthin the 3 nights I was there, I felt the staff and management were handling the developing crisis with a true dedication to cleanliness, service, an abundance of caution, and with aplomb and still friendly service. I would absolutely stay here again. The hotel is wonderful, the rooms clean and spacious (I had a corner suite overlooking the park) and it's magnificently situated and convenient to pretty much everything.

Park Terrace Hotel Feedback
The hotel was excellent in a great location. However on checking in they took $510 from my card to cover any charges to my room. On checking out my bill was $190. It’s now 3 days later and the hotel have not refunded the balance to my card. The hotel should deal with refunds to customers with the same speed at which they take money from their customers

Lovely with fun perks
Booked this for convenience because next to New York Public Library and was delighted by my experience: extremely clean room with comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast and great hotel bar, and lots of nice little perks: popcorn and soda in the room, new issues of Vanity Fair, access to Netflix and Hulu. Room was small (like many in NYC hotels) and had no view, but such a nice overall experience I didn't care!

Our stay couldn’t have been any better. The staff was super friendly, helpful and courteous from the second we walked in the door. The room was modern, clean and a decent size for a NY hotel. The location of the hotel is great. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

Love my stay with Park Terrace Hotel in Bryant Par
The location is perfect it’s walking distance to everywhere, foods subway and attractions. Breakfast was good and have different variety but limited seats however you can pack food to go and enjoy it in your room.
