No staff. Had to wait for somebody at check in. At breakfast, there was NOBODY in the 30 minutes we were there to complain to about the lack of pancake mix. Just two examples for the rating.

The shower head barely spit out water. The soap bar was too small and only one!! Went to the desk for change to use a machine and they couldn’t break a $20. Had to phone every time i needed to talk to desk .

My husband had to travel for work from BC and booked last minute for 2 nights which was extended for a third. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. He very much enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We can highly recommend!

Dated fixtures. The bathroom door handle came off on first use. The clock in the room didn't have anyway to change the time to make it correct. The hair dryer was so clogged with hair that it blew a circuit breaker. The TV channel guide provided bore no resemblance to reality and was useless. At breakfast the juice dispenser was broken and thus no juice was available.

The hotel was clean and well run. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was a little underwhelming, but thankfully, there was lots of options just across the street. I would highly recommend this hotel.
