Honestly, I would like to request a refund. I arrived at the place, and immediately checked-out. The advertised laundry facility was "shut down," and no reason was given. My room key didn't work. As I walked down towards my room, the hall was full of noise from people who were blasting loud music with their doors wide open. The parking lot was full of suspicious people coming and going and the place not only seemed uncomfortable and not as advertised, it also seemed unsafe. So, I left. Honestly, I'd love a refund, since I didn't actually stay there and paid for the travel insurance. Otherwise, I probably won't use Hotels.com again. I travel quite a bit for work, and this is the only time I have ever immediately checked-out of a hotel.
