Var på kosert på O2 arena. Komfort. Har middels sove hjerte, men her bør du være klar og våkne tidlig da det er flyplass like ved. Enormt med støy fra tidlig morgen samt noe lytt mellom rom. Skjønner godt de hadde øreteopper i hyllen på badet. Renhet var ok/bra. Til ettertanke var det noe dårlig sluk på dusjen da vann ikke renner ned. Personalet: Var veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Tommel opp. Totalt sett så får de litt under halv skåre. Fordi støy ødelegger morgenstuden da jeg ikke ønsker og stå opp kl 7 om morgene når jeg har fere...Og fordi det er noe trøbbel med avløpene syntes jeg er litt unødvendig. Så kommer spørsmålet. Ville jeg booket på nytt her... svaret er Nei/ja ..

In general the stay were fine. We had booked a normal room with seperate beds.....which turned out to be the smallest hotel room on the planet....we negotiated to pay a lot more pn top of what we already had paid, and ended in a very nice room. The location is good, the staff are excellent and even the breakfast is quite good. If only rooms were of same high standard or even had a tv...so all in all will still recommend the good hotel

Great food

The food was amazing, the staff friendly, polite and helpful. The room clean and neat, although a little on the small size. Compact but everything you need for a nights stay. The King size bed is comfy but one guest has to climb over the other to get out of bed as it's sideways on. Complimentary satchets for hot drinks especially the coffee bags came in very handy. The window doesn't open, which could be a concern in the event of an emergency. The door sometimes doesn't unlock easily for some reason, which then sets off a small alarm. (A small tip is the bathroom door doubles up as the shower door too) There is no TV either, which is unusual but it is clear when you read through what is included in the room. Great location for a concert at the O2, rooms was small but I travelled solo so perfectly fine for me. Clean & comfortable.

Great little hotel

The hotel has a great location, and it was very charming. The staff were super friendly and professional. I will say the rooms looked a lot bigger in the photos, but for the price, I can't really complain too much about it. I will say that they charge a deposit upon check-in and there was construction happening on the floor we stayed on, both of which I was not aware of. But definitely would visit again!

Small cosy room, not bad. Pissed off about a £30 deposit, but they said i should get it back so we'll see.

Great for concert!

Amazing hotel to stay at when attending a concert at the O2 Arena. Fell asleep as soon as my head if the pillow and awoke well rested.
