Our stay was fine, subject only to the bar area being so noisy in the evening that we didn’t feel able to use it.
I do however have a comment about Hotels.com. We received a huge number of emails from Hotels.com in connection with our booking, covering the booking itself, reminders about our stay, requests to check in online, reminders about that and requests to check out online. Most of them were unnecessary, and I recommend cutting back on them substantially as they become off-putting.
So no problem with the hotel itself, just with the booking service.
